Claims (2)
- 가변토출형 유압펌프의 토출측에, 액튜에이터로의 유압의 급배방향과 유량을 제어하는 스풀을 갖춘 복수의 방향절환밸브로 구성되는 복합밸브를 접속하여 이루어지고, 이 복합밸브의 방향절환밸브가 상기 가변토출형 유압펌프의 토출측에 접속하는 펌프회로와, 상기 스풀에 의하여 상기 액튜에이터에 접속하는 제1공급통로와, 상기 공급회로와 상기 스풀이 형성하는 미터링 오리피스를 통하여 접속하는 제2공급통로와, 상기 제1공급통로와 제2공급통로와의 사이에 압력실을 가지는 압력보상밸브를 마련하는 구성으로 하고, 상기 각 방향절환밸브의 제1공급통로에 접속하고 그 최고압을 선택하는 고압선택회로를 설치하며, 이 고압선택회로의 출력측을 상기 압력보상밸브의 압력실에 접속함과 동시에, 상기 가변토출형 유압펌프의 레귤레이터에 상기 고압선택회로의 출력에 맞는 압력을 작용시키는 유압회로에 있어서, 상기 복합밸브의 상류측과 상기 가변토출형 펌프와의 사이에 감압밸브를 설치하고 이 감압밸브를, 상기 가변토출형 펌프의 레귤레이터에 유압이 작용하는 용수철실과 상기 복합밸브의 공급회로의 유압이 작용하는 압력실을 갖추고, 상기 복합밸브의 공급회로의 유압을, 상기 가변토출형 펌프의 레귤레이터에 작용하는 유압보다, 상기 용수철실의 용수철의 압압력만큼 높게 보전하는 구성으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 유압회로.
- 가변토출형 유압펌프의 토출측에, 액튜에이터로의 유압의 급배방향과 유량을 제어하는 스풀을 갖춘 복수의 방향절환밸브로 구성되는 복합밸브를 접속하여 이루어지고, 이 복합밸브의 방향절환밸브가, 상기 가변토출형 유압펌프의 토출측에 접속하는 펌프회로와, 상기 스풀에 의하여 상기 액튜에이터에 접속하는 제1공급회로와, 상기 공급회로와 상기 스풀이 형성하는 미터링 오리피스를 통하여 접속하는 제2공급통로와, 상기 제1공급통로와 제2공급통로와의 사이에 압력실을 가지는 압력보상밸브를 설치하는 구성으로 하고, 상기 각 방향절환밸브의 제1공급통로에 접속하고 그 최고압을 선택하는 고압선택회로를 설치하며, 이 고압선택회로의 출력측을 상기 압력보상밸브의 압력실에 접속함과 동시에, 상기 가변토출형 유압펌프의 레귤레이터에 상기 고압선택회로의 출력에 맞는 압력을 작용시키는 유압회로에 있어서, 고압선택회로의 출력측이 작용하는 레귤레이터의 용수철실에 대항하는 레귤레이터의 파일럿실에 작용하는 펌프의 토출측을, 복합밸브의 공급회로로부터의 파일럿회로에 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 유압회로.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
