Claims (4)

  1. 실린더 내측에 피스톤이 접동자재로 끼워진 유압식 동력조향장치에 있어서, 피스톤의 외주면에 금속제피스턴링이 부착되며, 피스턴이 양쪽의 스트로크엔드 근방에 달했을 때 피스턴링과 대응하는 실린더의 내주면을 원주 방향으로 분할하는 복수위치에, 실린더에 대한 피스턴의 끼워 맞춤 폭보다 폭이 작은 요부가 형성하고, 피스턴링 근방의 피스턴의 외주면을 원주방향으로 분할하는 복수위치에, 실린더 내주면의 요부에 대응하는 요부가 형성되어 있고, 피스턴이 스트로크엔드 근방에 달했을때 실린더 내부면의 요부 및 피스턴 외주면의 요부를 통해서 실린더의 피스턴의 양측의 유실이 연통하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 동력 조향장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 실린더의 내측에 볼 나사부를 갖는 출력축과, 이 볼나사부에 다수의 순환가능한 볼을 통해 끼워진 볼 너트가 설치되고, 피스턴이 이 볼너트와 일체로 되어 실린더내를 이동할 수 있도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 동력 조향장치.
  3. 실린더의 내측에 볼 나사부를 갖는 출력축과 이 볼 나사부에 다수의 순환가능한 볼을 통해 끼워진 볼 너트와, 볼 너트와 일체로 되어, 실린더내를 이동하여 실린더내를 양측의 2개의 유실로 구획하는 피스턴을 구비한 동력 조향장치에 있어서, 피스턴이 양측의 스트로크엔드의 근방에 달했을 때 양측의 유실을 연통시키는 연통유로가 출력축에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 동력 조향장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 출력축의 원주부의 외주면에 접접하는 실부재가 피스턴에 설치되어, 피스턴과 이 실부재에 의해 실린더내가 양측의 2개의 유실로 구획되어 있으며, 중공형상의 출력축의 내측에 이것과 입력축을 연결하는 토션바가 설치되고, 출력축의 원주부와 그 내측으 토션바 사이에 형성된 환상 공간과, 이 환상공간의 전후에서 원주부의 외주면에 달하는 방사형상의 전후의 구멍에 의해 연통유로가 구성되어 있고, 피스톤이 스트로크엔드이 근방에 달했을때 연통유로의 전후의 원주부 외주면측의 단부가 실부재의 전후의 유실을 향하도록 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 동력 조향장치.
