의약을 제조하기 위해 중추 신경 작용성 ACTH 유사체를 사용하는 방법.

제2도는 사육 랫트의 운동성에 대한 본 화합물의 영향을 나타내었으며,
제3도는 6-OHDA와 허위 병변을 갖는 랫트의 운동성에 대한 본 화합물의 피하 주사 치료의 영향을 나타내었다.

Claims (10)

  1. 중추 신경의 손상을 선택적으로 치료하기 위한 의약의 제조시에 하기식의 화합물을 사용하는 방법:
    H-Meto2-Glu-His-Phe-D-Lys-Phe-X-(CH2)nCH3
    상기식에서, X는 NH 또는 O이고, n은 7 내지 17의 양의 정수임.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 의약의 투여단위가 상기 화합물 H-Meto2-Glu-His-Phe-D-Lys-Phe-OC10H21을 150ng 이상 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 의약의 경구 투여 단위가 상기 화합물 H-Meto2-Glu-His-Phe-D-Lys-Phe-OC10H21을 50 내지 700μg 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 화합물을 임의로 다른 의약과 함께 서방성 이식장치에 투입시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용방법.
  5. 중추 신경 손상을 치료하기 위한 보조제로서 사용할 수 있는 의약의 제조시에 화합물 H-Meto2-Glu-His-Phe-D-Lys-Phe-OC10H21을 사용하는 방법.
  6. 동물 눈의 손상을 치료하기 위한, 하기식의 화합물을 함유하는 약학적 투여 제제:
    H-Meto2-Glu-His-Phe-D-Lys-Phe-X-(CH2)nCH3
    상기식에서, X는 NH 또는 O이고, n은 7 내지 17의 양의 정수임.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 화합물 H-Meto2-Glu-His-Phe-D-Lys-Phe-OC10H21이 150ng 이상의 투여량으로 투여되는 것을 특징으로 하는 약학적 제제.
  8. 중추신경 질환과 말추 신경 질환의 구별 진단시 유용한 의약을 제조하기 위해 하기식의 화합물을 사용하는 방법:
    H-Meto2-Glu-His-Phe-D-Lys-Phe-X-(CH2)nCH3
    상기식에서, X는 NH 또는 O이고, n은 7내지 17의 양의 정수임.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 화합물이 H-Meto2-Glu-His-Phe-D-Lys-Phe-OC10H21인 것을 특징으로 하는 사용방법.
