Claims (9)
- 주조되는 금속과 접촉하는 주형 내측 통형부재(14)에 진동을 가하는 적어도 하나의 초음파 변환기(8)을 구비하는 금속 연속 주조용 진동 주형에 있어서, 상기 변환기(8)가 상기 내측 통형부재(14)의 연장부의 한 단부의 그 주위부(20)상에 설치되고 주형 주입축(A)에 평행 또는 거의 평행인 길이 방향으로 발생되는 초음파 진동을 상기 통형부재에 전달하도록 배향되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속의 연속 주조용 진동주형.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변환기(8)는 압전형 변환기인 것을 특징으로 하는 진동주형.
- 제2항에 있어서, 발진금속체(12)와 평형 금속체 사이에 지지된 압전재료로 된 작은 판(9,10)을 갖는 하나의 압전 변환기(8)를 포함하고, 상기 금속체의 하나는 상기 내측 통형부재(14) 자체로 구성되며, 상기 작은판의 하나(10)은 그 면중 하나가 상기 내측 통형부재 주위부(20)상에 맞닿아 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동주형.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 압전재료로 된 작은 판(9,10)은 상기 내측 통형부재(14)의 주위부(20)와 거의 같은 형상을 하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하였는 진동주형.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 작은 판(9,10)이 상기 주위부(20)와 거의 같은 치수이고, 상기 발진금속체(12)가 상기 주위부(20) 형상 및 형상 치수의 횡단면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동주형.
- 제1항 혹은 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 강으로 된 수평연속 주조용 주형인 것을 특징으로 하는 진동주형.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 변환기(8)가 주형의 빼내기측 단부에 배치되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 진동주형.
