제1도는 본 발명에 따른 방법의 한 구체예에 대한 흐름도이다.
제2도는 다른 구체예에 대한 흐름도이다.

Claims (3)

  1. ⅰ) 시트르산 발효액을 증발시켜 증발온도에서 포화값 적어도 80%의 시트르산 농도를 갖는 농축물을 제조하고 ; ⅱ) 상기 농축물을, 시트르산 농도가 추출온도에서 발효액 농축물에 해당하는 평형값 이하인 재순환되는 아민추출제 시트르산 용액으로 추출하여, 보다 농축된 아민 추출제 시트르산 용액과 수성 시트르산 추출 찌꺼기를 제조하고 ; ⅲ) 상기 수성 추출 찌꺼기를 상기 추출 실시로 부터 퇴출시키고, 이의 작은 분획물을 방출시키고 나머지를 상기 증발로 재순환시키고 ; ⅳ) 상기 농축된 아민 추출제 시트르산 용액 추출물을 퇴출시키고 이것을 물로 역추출하여 발효액 농출물에 해당하는 평형값 이하인 농도로 수성 시트르산 용액과 고갈된 아민 추출제 시트르산 용액을 얻고 ; ⅴ) 상기의 고갈된 아민 추출제 시트르산 용액을 추출 실시로 재순환시킴으로 구성되는 시트르산 발효액으로 부터 시트르산의 회수 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 농축된 아민 추출제 시트르산 용액을 역 추출전에 소량의 물로 세척하고, 세척수를 증발로 재순환시킴을 포함하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 생성물 수성 시트르산 용액을 목탄으로 처리함을 포함하는 방법.
