Claims (22)

  1. (A)마이크로파를 거의 투과시키는 유전성 기판; 및
    (B)(i)피복물이 마이크로파에 노출되었을 때 열을 발생시키기에 충분한 양 만큼의 마이크로파 강수성 미립자 물질; 및 (ⅱ)피복물이 미리정해진 양의 마이크로파 방사선에 노출되었을 때 감수성 물질에 의해 발생된 열을 미리정해놓은 범위로 조절할 수 있기에 충분한 양 만큼의 칼슘염, 아연염, 산화아연, 티토폰, 실리카 및 이산화티타늄으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 차폐제 미립자; 가 유전성 중합체 물질내에 분산되어 있는 것으로 구성된 피복물을 상기 기판이 최소한 한쪽면의 최소한 일부분에 피복시키는 것으로, 구성된 마이크로웨이브에 사용할 수 있는 포장물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 매트릭스가 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리메타크릴레이트, 폴리에스테르, 폴리에스테르 공중합체, 코폴리에스테르 폴리우레탄, 에폭시수지, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리에테르술폰, 폴리아릴술폰, 폴리아미드-이미드, 폴리아미드, 폴리-4'-4이소프로필리덴 디페닐 카보네이트, 폴리에테르에테르케톤, 이미다졸, 옥사졸 및 티아졸로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 물질로 구성된, 마이크로웨이브에 사용할 수 있는 포장물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 매트릭스 물질이 아크릴 중합체 및 공중합체로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 물질로 구성된, 마이크로웨이브에 사용할 수 있는 포장물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 매트릭스 물질이 폴리(메틸 메타크릴 레이트) 또는 폴리(에틸 메타크릴레이트)로 구성된, 마이크로웨이브에 사용할 수 있는 포장물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 마이크로파 감수성 물질이 니켈, 안티모니, 구리, 몰리브테늄, 브론즈, 철, 크로뮴, 주석, 아연, 은, 금, 알루미늄, 흑연, 탄화규소 및 분쇄된 금속처리된 필름으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된, 마이크로웨이브에 사용할 수 있는 포장물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로파 감수성 물질이 구리, 아연 및 니켈의 합금 또는 리핑 알루미늄 파우다인, 마이크로웨이브에 사용할 수 있는 포장물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 차페제가 탄산칼슘, 황산칼슘, 산화아연, 실리카 및 이산화티타늄으로 구성된 그룹으로 부터 선택된, 마이크로웨이브에 사용할 수 있는 포장물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 차폐물질의 이산화티타늄과 탄산칼슘으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된, 마이크로웨이브에 사용할 수 있는 포장물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, A)상기 매트릭스 물질이 폴리(메틸 메타크릴레이트)와 폴리(에틸 메타크릴레이트)로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되고; B)상기 마이크로파 감수성 물질이 구리, 아연 및 니켈의 합금과 리핑 알루미늄 파우더로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되며; C)상기 차페제가 이산화티타늄과 탄산칼슘으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된; 마이크로웨이브에 사용할 수 있는 포장물.
  10. (A)마이크로파 방사선을 거의 모두 투과시키는 유전성 중합체 물질; (B)마이크로파를 감수하는 감수성 미립자 물질; (C)칼슘염, 아연염, 산화아연, 리토폰, 실리카 및 이산화티타늄으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 최소한 하나의 차페제 미립자; 가 합침되어 있는 ; 상기 마이크로파 감수성 물질과 차페제가 양이 이러한 잉크가 사용되어 만들어진 피복물이 미리정해진 양 만큼의 마이크로파에 노출되었을때 감수성 물질에 의해 발생된 열이 미리정해놓은 범위내에서 조절될 수 있도록 하는 양 만큼으로 함침되어있는, 액체 담체로 구성된 마이크로웨이브에 사용할 수 있는 포장용 잉크 조성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 매트릭스가 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리메타크릴레이트, 폴리에스테르, 폴리에스테르 공중합체, 코폴리에스테르 폴리우레탄, 에폭시수지, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리에테르술폰, 폴리아릴술폰, 폴리아미드-이미드, 폴리이미드, 폴리-4',4-이소프로필리덴 디페닐 카보네이트, 폴리에테르 에테르 케톤, 이미다졸, 옥사졸 및 티아졸로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 물질로 구성된 잉크 조성물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 매트릭스 물질이 아크릴중합체 및 공중합체로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 잉크 조성물.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 매트릭스 물질이 폴리(메틸 메타크릴레이트) 또는 폴리(에틸 메타크릴레이트)로 구성된 잉크 조성물.
  14. 제10항에 있어서, 마이크로파 감수성 물질이 니켈, 안티모니, 구리, 몰리브데늄, 브론즈, 철, 크로뮴, 주석, 아연, 은, 금, 알루미늄, 흑연, 탄화규소 및 분쇄된 금속처리된 필름으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 잉크 조성물.
  15. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로파 감수성 물질이 구리, 아연 및 니켈의 합금 또는 리핑 알루미늄 파우다인 잉크 조성물.
  16. 제10항에 있어서, 차페제가 탄산칼슘, 황산칼슘, 산화아연, 실리카 및 이산화티타늄으로 구성된 그룹으로 부터 선택된 잉크 조성물.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 차페물질이 이산화티타늄과 탄산칼슘으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 잉크 조성물.

  21. (A)(i)마이크로파 감수성 물질이 미립자; 및 (ⅱ)칼슘염, 아연염, 산화아연, 리토폰, 실리카 및 이산화티타늄으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 차페제 미립자; 가 그 양이 피복조성물이 사용되어 만들어진 피복물이 미리정해진 마이크로파 방사선에 노출되었을 때 감수성 물질에 의해 발생된 열이 미리정해놓은 범위내에서 조절될수 있을 정도로 분산되어 있는; 유전성 물질로 구성된 피복 조성물을 만들고,
    (B)상기 조성물을 마이크로파를 거의 모두 투과시키는 유전성 물질의 최소한 한쪽면이 최소한 일부분에 피복시키는 단계로; 구성된 마이크로웨이브에 사용할 수 있는 포장용 조성물의 생산방법.
  22. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피복 조성물을 gravure 피복법으로 도포하는 방법.
