Claims (1)
- 축열재 부위에 직접 또는 적당한 단열재를 사이에 두고 배치되어 적합부위에서 온도에 상응하는 전압신호를 발생시키는 열전쌍(1), 이 신호를 축열량 지정부에서 발생되는 전압 신호 및 등가속 전위 발생기에서 발생되는 전압 신호와 비교하기 위해 적당한 수준으로 증폭시키는 증폭기(2), 및 이 발생된 신호를 실온 변화에 따라 보정하기 위한 실온 보정 부분(3)으로 구성된 축열재 온도 감지부(가)와, 가변 저항(4)로 구성되어, 원하는 축열량에 따라 이에 해당되는 전압 신호를 발생시키는 축열량 지정부(나)와, 심야전력공급개시 시점에서 열전쌍(1)로 축정된 축열재의 온도, 즉 잔류 축열량과 축열량 지정부(나)에서 지정된 목표 축열량의 차이로부터 목표축열량에 도달하기 위한 소요 축열시간을 결정하는 소요축열시간 결정부분(5), 시간에 따라 일정한 속도로 변하는 전압을 발생시키는 작용에 의해 타이머의 역할을 수행하는 동가속 전위발생기(6), 및 소요 축열시간 결정부분(5)에서 발생되는 전압 신호와 등가속전위발생기(6)에서 발생되는 전압 신호를 비교하여 축열개시 시간을 결정하는 축열개시 시간 결정부분(7)로 구성된 축열개시시간 조절부(다)와, 셋트-리셋트 스위치(8)과 전원 개폐 장치(9)로 구성되어 축열개시시간 조절부(다)에서 발생한 신호에 의해 전원 개폐 장치(9)를 작동시켜 열선(H)의 전원 개폐를 제어하는 전원 개폐 조절부(라)로 구성되어, 축열재 온도 감지부(가)에서 측정된 전류 축열량과 축열량 지정부(나)에서 지정된 목표 축열량에 따라 축열개시시간 조절부(다)에서 축열개시시간을 자동으로 제어하여 전원개폐 조절부(라)의 전원을 연결함으로써, 축열량이 목표량에 도달하는 시간과 심야전력의 공급이 종료되는 시간이 일치되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 심야전력용 축열기기의 축열효율증진 장치.
