Claims (29)

  1. 연장된 수송기간 동안 약효량을 제공하기에 충분한 양의 생리활성물질의 고형코어를 함유하고, 약 10,000의 분자량과 약 95%의 가수분해도를 지닌 플리비닐알코올로 이러한 코오를 둘러싸고 있는 방출저해 플리비닐알코올코팅을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서방성 수송 생리활성물질의 코팅된 수의 이식정.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐알코올 코팅제의 양의 약 0.5-5중량 퍼센트임을 특징으로 하는 이식정.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐알코올 코팅제의 양의 약 3-25㎛g/㎟임을 특징으로 하는 이식정.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐알코올 코팅은 상기 생리활성물질의 코어 표면에 대해 대체로 균일하고 연속적임을 특징으로 하는 이식정.

  15. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐알코올 코팅제는 약 3-25㎛g/㎟의 양으로 적용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  16. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐알코올 코팅은 고체 제형의 표면에 대해 대체로 균일하고 연속적임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  17. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 생리활성물질은 성장호르몬임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 성장호르몬은 소나 혹은 돼지의 소마토트로핀임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  19. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐알코올 코팅제는 상기 조체 제형의 표면에 수용액으로 적용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 수용액이 약2-10%의 폴리비닐알코올을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  21. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 생리활성물질이 밀집충진된 펠렛정의 형태임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐알코올 코팅제를 유동베드에서 분무 코팅시켜 상기 펠렛정에 적용시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  23. 제21항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐알코올을 팬 건조기에서 분부 코팅시켜 상기 펠렛저에 저용시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  24. 제21항에 있어서, 상기 펠렛점은 원통형, 구형 혹은 난형임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  25. 제1항의 코팅된 수의 이식정을 상기 동물에게 비경구적으로 투여함으로써 연장된 기간동안 생리활성 물질을 동물에게 공급함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  26. 제25항에 있어서, 상기 생리활성물질은 성장호르몬임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  27. 제26항에 있어서, 상기 성장호르몬은 소의 소마토트로핀이고 상기 동물은 젖소 혹은 욕우임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  28. 제26항에 있어서, 상기 성장호르몬은 돼지 소마토트로핀이고 상기 동물은 돼지임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
