Claims (8)

  1. BtPGSI387 균주, 구체적으로 정제된 형태의, 아주 구체적으로는 90.0 내지 99.9%의 순수한 세포로된 BtPGSI387 균주.
  2. BtPGSI387 결정 또는 제1 및 제2 BtPGSI387 프로톡신 또는 독소의 화합물, 구체적으로는 BtPGSI387 결정의 제1 및 제2 BtPGSI387 프로톡신물의 혼합물.
  3. BtPGSI387 균주, BtPGSI387 결정 또는 제1 및 제2 BtPGSI387 프로톡신 또는 독소의 혼합물로 되는 군중에서 선택된 유효성분으로 이루어지고, 특히 나비목에 대해 유효한 살충 조성물.
  4. 해충에 제3항에 따르는 살충제 조성물을 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하여, 모충, 특히 나비목, 구체적으로는 밤나방과, 명나방과 및 뿔나방과, 더욱 구체적으로는 스포돕테라(Spodoptera)종, 헬리오티스(Helithis)종, 아그로티스(Agrotis)종, 오스트리니아 누빌라리스(Ostrainia nubilalis)종, 디아트라애 그란디오셀라(Doatraea grandiosella), 프쏘리마애 오페르쿠렐라(Phthorimaea opcrculella) 및 펙티노포라 고씨엘라(Pcctinophora gossypiella)를 방제하는 방법.
  5. BtPGSI387 균주를 클로닝 벡터 중에 도입된 외부 DNA로 일레트로포레이션시키는 것을 특징으로 하여, BtPGSI387 균주를 Bt 프로톡신 또는 독소를 암호화하는 외부 DNA 서열로 형질전환시키는 방법..
  6. 제5항의 방법에 의해 제조된 형질전환된 BtPGSI387 균주.
  7. 제6항의 형질전환된 BtPGSI387 균주 또는 형질전환된 BtPGSI387 균주에 의해 생성된 결정 또는 결정 단백질로 되는 살충 조성물.
  8. BtPGSI387 균주를 배양시킨 다음, 임의로 BtPGSI387 결정을 분리 및 정제한 후, 임의로 BtPGSI387 결정으로부터 제1 및 제2 BtPGSI387 프로톡신화합물 또는 제1 및/또는 제2 BtPGSI387 프로톡신을 분리 및 정제하고, 이어서 임의로 제1 및/또는 제2 BtPGSI387 프로톡신을 트립신 분해시켜 제1 및/또는 제2 BtPGSI387 독소를 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하여, BtPGSI387 결정 또는 제1 및 제2 BtPGSI387 프로톡신의 혼합물 또는 제2항의 독소 또는 제1 및/또는 제2 BtPGSI387 프로톡신 또는 톡신을 생성시키는 방법.
