Claims (26)
- (1) (A) 적어도 네 개의 탄소원자로 구성되는 실질적으로 단량체인 대칭적인 1,3-디올로부터 선택되는 디올성분과, (b) n-관능성 폴리이소시아네이트 (n은2내지 5범위의 수임)로부터 선택된, 이소시아네이트 성분의 반응 생성물로 구성되는 약 1.1 내지 3.5 범위내의 분산도 및 약 600 내지 약 3000범위내의 수평균 분자량을 가지는 폴리우레탄 폴리올 및 ; (2) 히드록실기-활성 가교재로 구정된 것을 특징으로 하는 코우팅 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 25℃에서 약 25mPa.s 내지 약 300mPa.s 범위내의 용액 점성도에서 40중량% 내지 약 80중량% 범위내의 비-휘발성 물질 함량을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 코우팅 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 25℃에서 약 50mPa.s 내지 약 200mPa.s 범위내의 용액 점성도에서 40중량% 내지 약 80중량%범위내의 비-휘발성 물질 함량을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 코우팅 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 폴리올리 (A) 0.8n 내지 1.2n 몰의 디올성분 및 (B) 1몰의 이소시아네이트 성분의 반응 생성물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코우팅 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 폴리올이 (A) 0.9n 내지 1.1n 몰의 폴리올성분 및(B) 1몰의 이소시아네이트 성분으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코우팅 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 폴리올이 (A) 0.95n 내지 1.05n 몰의 폴리올성분, 및(B) 1몰의 이소시아네이트 성분인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 폴리올이 (A) 0.98n 내지 1.02n 몰의 폴리올 성분 및 (B) 1 몰의 이소시아네이트 성분의 반응 생성물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코우팅 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, n이 2 내지 4범위내의 수인 것을 특징으로 하는 코우팅 조성물.
- 제8 항에 있어서, n이 3 내지 4범위내의 수인 것을 특징으로 하는 코우팅 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 폴리올의 폴리이소시아네이트 성분이 단량체인 디이소시아네이트의 이소시아누레이트, 단랑체인 디이소시아네이트의 비우레트 및 약 0.45 내지 0.55의 히드록실 대 이소시아네이트 기의 비로 2 내지 4개의 히드록실 기를 가진 다-관능성 알콜과 단량체 디이소시아네이트의 반응생성물로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코우팅 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 폴리올의 디올 성분이 실질적으로 적어도 다섯 개의 탄소원자로 구성되는 단량체인 대칭성 1.3-디올로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코우팅 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 폴리올의 디올 성분이 네오펜틸 글리콜, 2-부틸-2-에틸-1.3-프로판디올 및 2.2-디에틸-1.3-프로판 디올로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코우팅 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 폴리올이 약 2500이하의 수평균 분자량을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 코우팅 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 폴리올이 약 1000보다 더큰 수평균 분자량을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 코우팅 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 폴리올이 약 2.5이하의 분산도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 코우팅 조성물.
- 제15항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 폴리올이 약 2.0이하의 분산도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 코우팅 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 히드록시기-활성 가교제가 포리이소시아네이트, 블록된 폴리이소시아네이트 및 아미노 플라스트 수지로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코우팅 조성물.
- 제17 항에 있어서, 히드록시기-활성 가교제가 아미노플라스트 수지로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코우팅 조성물.
- 제18항에 있어서, 히드록시기-활성 가교제가 약 90/10 내지 50/50범위내의 폴리우레탄 폴리올 대 아미노플라스트 수지의 중량비인 아미노플라스트 수지로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코우팅 조성물.
- 제19항에 있어서, 아미노플라스트 수지가 1 내지 4 개의 탄소원자를 가진 알콜로 에테르화된 헥사메톡시 멜라민으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코우팅 조성물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 히드록시기-활성 가교제가 블록된 폴리이소시아네이트로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 코우팅 조성물.
- 제21항에 있어서, 히드록시기-활성 가교제가 약 0.4 내지 2.2 범위내의 히드록실 대 이소시아네이트기의 당량비로 블록된 폴리이소시아네이트로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코우팅 조성물.
- 제21항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 말로네이트로 블록된 것을 특징으로 하는 코우팅 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 23 항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 원-팩 시스템으로 배합된 것을 특징으로 하는 코우팅 조성물.
- (A) 적어도 네 개의 탄소원자로 구성되는 실질적으로 단량체인 대칭성 1,3-디올로부터 선택되는 디올성분 및, (B) n-관능성 폴리이소시아네이트 (상기 식내의 n 이 2 내지 5 범위내의 수임)로부터 선택되는 이소시아네이트 성분의 반응 생성물로 구성되며 약 600 내지 약 3000범위내의 수평균 분자량 및 약 1.1 내지 약 3.5 범위내의 분산도를 가진 폴리우레탄 폴리올의 (1) 폴리올 및 (2) 히드록시기-활성 가교제로 구성된 코우팅 조성물들로부터 필름의 산부식 방지성을 개선하기 위한 용도 폴리우레탄 폴리올의 이용.
