Claims (10)

11dtex 이하의 섬유 두께 및 적어도 40mm의 섬유길이를 갖는 크림핑된 섬유를 포함하는 부직 버핑층 및 11dtex 이상의 섬유 두께 및 적어도 40mm의 섬유길이를 갖는 크링핑된 섬유를 포함하는 부직 부착층을 가짐을 특징으로 하는, 후크형 부착표을 갖는 버핑장치와 이형가능하게 계합되기에 적합한 버핑패드(buffing pad).
제1항에 있어서, 상기 버핑패드가 3내지 8mm범위의 두께를 가지며, 상기 버핑층이 전체 패드 두께의 50내지 75%범위를 차지 하며, 상기 부착층이 전체 패드 두께의 50내지 25%범위를 차지 하고, 상기 버핑패드가 0.1내지 0.3g/㎤ 범위의 밀도를 가지며, 상기 버핑층 섬유와 상기 부착층 섬유중 적어도 하나가 40내지 200mm범위의 길이를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 ,버핑패드.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 버핑층 섬유와 상기 부착층 섬유가 울, 면, 셀룰로즈계 섬유, 비스코스 섬유, 폴리아미드 섬유, 폴리아크릴레이트 섬유, 폴리에스테르 섬유 및 나일론 섬유로 이루어지는 군으로 부터 독립적으로 선택됨을 또한 특징으로 하는, 버핑패드.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 버핑층의 섬유가 8dtex이하를 가지며, 상기 부착층의 섬유가 적어도 13dtex를 가짐을 또한 특징으로 하는, 버핑패드.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유들 사이에 결합제가 분포됨을 또한 특징으로 하는,버핑패드.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 버핑층의 섬유가 니들펀칭에 의해 성기 부착층의 섬유와 혼합됨을 또한 특징으로 하는,버핑패드.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 후크형 부착표면이 원위말단에 헤드 또는 후크 유사 돌기부를 갖는, 돌기하는 탄성-가요성 필라멘트 여러개를 포함함을 또한 특징으로 하는, 버핑패드.
11dtex 이하의 섬유두께 및 적어도 40mm의 섬유길이를 갖는 크림핑된 섬유를 포함하는 부직 버핑층을 11dtex 이상의 섬유 두께 및 40mm의 섬유길이를 갖는 크림핑된 섬유를 포함하는 부직 부착충에 고정시키는 단계를 특징으로 하는, 버핑패드의 제조방법.
제8항에 있어서, 상기 버핑층의 섬유와 상기 부착층의 섬유를 니들펀칭에 의해 연결시키므로써 상기 충들을 고정시킴을 또한 특징으로 하는 방법.
제8항에 있어서, 결합제를 버핑층의 섬유와 부착층의 섬유에 도포함을 또한 특징으로 하는 방법.
