Claims (7)
- 변소기를 다수의 치차비들 중의 하나로 변속하기 위한 변속 수단 및 기어 트레인을 포함하는 하우징을 구비한 자동차 변속기로서, 상기 변속 수단은; 상기 하우징내에서 이동하여 변속 가능하도록 지지되고, 변속기를다수의 치차비들중의 특정한 하나로 변속하도록 중립위치로부터 기어 위치로 각각 이동가능한 다수의 변속 레일들; 상기 하우징안으로 연장하며 중립 위치로부터 다수의 기어 위치들로 이동 가능하고, 기어 변속 레버가 중립 위치로부터 제1기어 위치로 이동될 때 상기 변속기를 제1치차비로 변속하도록 적어도 하나의 상기 변속 레일들과 결합하여 이동가능한 운전자 작동식 기어 변속 레버; 상기 기어 변속 레버에 결합되어 상기 기어 변속 레버가 중립 위치로부터 제2기어 위치로 이동될 때 변속 신호를 발생하도록 작동할 수 있는 작동기구; 및 상기 기어 변속 레버에 관계 없이 적어도 하나의 다른 변속 레일들과 결합되며, 변속기를 제2치차비로 변속하도록 상기 변속 레일들중의 상기 다른 하나를 이동시키기 위해 상기 변속 신호에 감응하는 수단으로 구성되는, 자동차 변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 작동기구는 상기 변속레일들과 나란히 축방향으로 이동하여 변속 가능하도록 장착된 자동 변속 블럭을 포함하고, 상기 기어 변속 레버가 중립 위치로부터 자동위치로 이동될때 그 기어 변속 레버가 중립 위치로부터 자동위치로 이동될때 그 기어 변속 레버가 상기 블럭을 중립위치로부터 자동위치로 이동시키도록 상기 자동 변속 블럭과 결합할 수 있고, 상기 블럭이 자동 위치로 이동될때 상기 작동 기구가 상기 변속 신호를 발생하도록 작동할 수 있는, 자동차 변속기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 중립위치로부터 동시에 이동될 수 있는 상기 변속 레일들중에서 하나만을 이동시키도록 상기 변속 레일들과 각각에 결합된 주 연동 기구를 포함하는, 자동차 변속기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 블럭은 수동으로 변속되는 레일에 부착된 변속 브라켓에 인접하게 배치되며, 상기 블럭에 결합된 보조 연동수단을 포함하여 상기 자동 변속 블럭 및 상기 인접한 변속 브라켓이 중립 위치로부터 동시에 이동됨을 방지하는, 자동차 변속기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 블럭은 상기 변속 레일들중의 상기 다른 하나에 미끄럼 가능하게 장착되는, 자동차 변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자동 변속 수단은 상기 변속 레일들중 상기 다른 하나를 축방향으로 이동시키도록 연결된 유체 작동식 수단을 포함하는, 자동차 변속기.
- 변속 부재 및 그 변속 부재를 중립, 제1, 제2기어 위치들중의 하나로 변속시키기 위한 유체 작동식 변속수단을 포함하는 자동차 변속기로서, 변속 제어 수단은; 압축 유체를 공급하는 수단; 상기 변속 부재를 상기 제1기어 위치로 이동시키도록 상기변속 수단에 공급되는 압축 유체를 제어하기 위한 제1제어 신호에 감응하고, 상기 변속 부재를 상기 제2기어 위치로 이동시키도록 상기 변속 수단에 공급되는 압축 유체를 제어하기 위한 제2 제어신호에 감응하는 솔레노이드 밸브 수단; 및 작동시에, 상기 제1 및 제2제어 신호들의 상태에 관계 없이 상기 변속부재를 중립 위치로 이동시키도록 상기 변속 수단에 공급되는 압축 유체를 제어하는 수동으로 작동가능한 정지밸브 수단으로 구성되는, 자동차 변속기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
