Claims (16)
- 섬유 표면쪽 또는 표면 상에 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 나타내어지는 1종 이상의 첨가제를 가지는 기초중량이 약 17내지 약 204g/㎡인 멜트블로운 폴리올레핀 웹으로 이루어지고, 와이프 표면적의 약 5 내지 30%를 차지하는 약 1 내지 약 40 결합/㎠(약 10 내지 약 250 결합/인치2)을 가지는 패턴을 사용하는 각각 약 80 내지 180℃및 약 59 내지 약 178㎏/㎝(약 150 내지 약 1000파운드/인치) 범위의 가열 및 가압에 의하여 결합된 패턴을 갖는 그리스 제거능이 개선된 부직 와이프(wipe).(Ⅰ)상기 식 중, R1내지 R9는 독립적으로 1가의 C1-C3알킬기로 부터 선택되고, R10은 수소 또는 1가의 C1~C3알킬기이며, m은 1 내지 약 4의 정수이고, n은 0 내지 약 3의 정수이며, m 과 n의 합은 1 내지 약 4이과, p는 0 내지약 5의 정수이며, x는 1 내지 약 10의 정수이며, y는 0 내지 약 5의 정수이고, x대 y의 비는 2이상이고, 상기첨가제의 분자량은 약 350 내지 약 1,400이고, 열가소성 폴리울레핀 양을 기준으로 약 0.5 내지 약 5 중량%의양으로 존재한다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀이 폴리프로필렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 부직 와이프.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1내지 R4및 R7내지 R9가 메틸기이고, R10이 수소 또는 메틸기인 것을 특징으로 하는 부직 와이프.
- 제1항에 있어서, m이 1 또는 2인 것을 특징으로 하는 부직 와이프.
- 제1항에 있어서, p가 1또는 2인 것을 특징으로 하는 부직 와이프.
- 제5항에 있어서, p가 2인 것을 특징으로 하는 부직 와이프.
- 제1항에 있어서, y가 0이고, x가 7또는 8인 것을 특징으로 하는 부직 와이프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제가 약 350 내지 700의 부자량을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직 와이프.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제가 열가소성 중합체 양을 기준으로 약 1.0 내지 약 3.0 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직 와이프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 멜트블로운 폴리올레핀 웹이 약 10 마이크론 이하의 평균 직경을 가지는 미세섬유로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직 와이프.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제가 하기 일반식 (Ⅱ)로 나타내어지는 것임을 특징을 하는 부직 와이프.(Ⅱ)상기 식 중, R1, R2, R3, R6, R7, R8, R9, m, p, x 및 y는 제1항에 정의한 바와 같다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 멜트볼로운 폴리올레핀 웹이 1종 이상의 열가소성 폴리올레핀 및 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로나타내어지는 1종 이상의 첨가제로 이루어지는, 용융압축가능한 표면 용리성 열가소성 조성물로 부터 제조되는것임을 특징으로 하는 부직 와이프.(Ⅰ)상기 식중, R1내지 R9는 독립적으로 1가의 C1-C5알킬기로 부터 선택되고, R10은 수소 또는 1가 C1-C3알킬기이며, m은 1 내지 약 4의 정수이고, n은 0 내지 약 3의 정수이며, m과 n의 합은 1 내지 약 4이고, x는 1 내지 약10의 정수이고, y는 0 내지 약 5의 정수이며, x대 y의 비는 2이상이고, 상기 첨가제는 약 350 내지 약 1,400의 분자량을 가지며, 열가소성 폴리올레핀 양을 기준으로 약 0.5 내지 약 5중량%의 양으로 존재한다.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 멜트블로운 폴리올레핀 웹이 약 10마이크론 이하의 평균 직경을 가지는 미세섬유로 이루어지는 것임을 특징으로 하는 부직 와이프.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 멜트볼로운 폴리올레핀 웹이 웹의 형성후 하기 일반식 (Ⅰ)로 나타내어지는 첨가제1종 이상의 그리스 제거 유효량을 피복시킨 것임을 특징으로 하는 부직 와이프.(Ⅰ)상기 식 중, R1내지 R5는 독립적으로 1가의 C1-C3알킬기로 부터 선택되고,R10은 수소 또는 1가의 C1-C3알킬기이며, m은 1 내지 약 4의 정수이고, n은 0 내지 약 3의 정수이며, m과 n의 합은 1 내지 약 4이고, p는 0 내지 약 5의 정수이며, x는 1 내지 약 10의 정수이고, y는 0 내지 약 5의 정수이며, x 대 y의 비는 2 이상이고, 상기첨가제는 약 350 내지 1,400의 분자량을 가진다.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 멜트블로운 폴리올레핀 웹이 약 10 마이크론 이하의 평균 직경을 가지는 미세섬유로 이루어지는 것임을 특징으로 하는 부직 와이프.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 1종 이상의 첨가제가 약 0.3 내지 약 1.5 중량%의 첨가농도(add-on level)로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직 와이프.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
