Claims (5)

  1. 폴리프로필렌과 대전방지제를 균일 혼합하여 용융 방사한 후 웹(Web) 형성 및 열접착을 시키고 이어 유기 실리콘을 매개로한 제4급 암모늄염계 항균제, 내구성 항상 조제로서 변성 실리콘 화합물 및 지방산염 계면할성제 가교제로서 아미노계 실란 화합물을 같이 혼합한 항균 가공액을 함침 또는 스프레이 한 후 열처리 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대전방지성 및 항균방취성이 우수한 폴리프로필렌 장섬유 부직포의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 대전방지제가 스테아린산 모노글리제세라이드로서 폴리프로필렌에 대해 0.1∼5중량% 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 장섬유 부직포의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 항균 가공액 제조시 제4급 암모늄염의 부착량이 피처리 부직포에 대해 0.05 내지 5중량%되게 조절하여 사용하고 내구성 향상 조제로서 변성 실리콘 화합물과 지방산염 계면활성제를 항균성 화합물 부착량에 대해 각각 20∼60중량% 및 10∼40중량% 사용하며 가교제를 항균성 화합물 부착량의 3∼20중량%되도록 사용하는 것을 특징으로하는 폴리프로필렌 장섬유 부직포의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 변성 실리콘 화합물이 하기식(Ⅰ)가 같은 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 장섬유 부직포의 제조방법.
    (단, R1, R2, R3는 CnH2n+1n은 0∼10의 정수, x,y는 1∼15의 정수)
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 가교제로서 하기식(Ⅱ)와 같은 구조를 갖는 아미노계 실란 화합물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 장섬유 부직포의 제조방법.
    (단, R1, R2는 CnH2n+1(단, n은 0∼30의 정수)
