Claims (1)

MX-3에 내장된 MCU가 멀티플렉서(11), 디멀티플렉서(12), 모니터용 디멀티플렉서(13), 패턴발생기(14) 및 패턴검출기(15)가 내장된 각각의 유니트(DS1,DS3,OIU)를 제어하여 상기 MX-3의 하드웨어 및 라인상태의 정상여부를 판별하되, 로컬 턴업 테스트시 상기 각 유니트(DS1,DS3,OIU)내부의 모니터용 디멀티플렉서(13)를 점검하고자 하는 채널에 연결시킴과 아울러 상기 패턴발생기(14)를 구동시켜 소정의 패턴이 발생되게 한 후, 상기 각 유니트(DS1,DS3,OIU)에 루프백을 가하여 각 유니트(DS1,DS3,OIU)내부의 패턴검출기(15)로 패턴이 검출되게 함과 아울러 그들의 패턴동기여부를 확인하여 동기가 되지 않았을 경우에는 해당 유니트의 하드웨어를 불합격으로 판정하고, 동기되었을 경우에는 소정 횟수동안 기록된 패턴에러수를 드레쉬 홀드값과 비교하여 많을 때 해당 유니트의 하드웨어를 불합격 판정하고, 리모트 턴업시 시스템으로부터 루프백되는 패턴의 에러를 상기 로컬 턴업시와 같이 검출하여 드레쉬 홀드값 이상일때 상대방 시스템의 하드웨어나 연결라인을 불합격 판정하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중통신 중계기의 자체 고장 진단 방법.The MCU embedded in the MX-3 uses the multiplexer (11), demultiplexer (12), monitor demultiplexer (13), pattern generator (14), and pattern detector (15) with built-in units (DS1, DS3, OIU).
