제1도는 본 발명에 관한 단붙임축류인듀서(段付軸流inducer)의 한 실시예를 나타내는 요부단면도, 제2도는 본 발명에 관한 단붙임축류인듀서의 다른 실시예를 나타내는 요부단면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 주임펠러를 축으로 지지하는 회전축의 선단부에 다중축류날개로 이루어진 인듀서를 동축배치하고, 이 인듀서를 상기 회전축과 평행으로 뻗어 있는 펌프케이싱의 원통형 흡입구부에 수납배치하고, 상기 인듀서의 다중축류 날개에 있어서, 유체흡입구측에 위치하는 앞부축류날개의 외경이 작게 되도록 단부를 형성함과 동시에, 이와 대응해서 상기 원통형흡입구부의 내주부에 안쪽으로 돌출한 단부를 형성해서 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 단붙임축류인듀서.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 앞부축류날개의 외경을 뒷부축류날개의 외경보다 비교적 작게 구성하고, 이 앞부축류날개와 대응하는 펌프케이싱의 원통형흡입구부의 일부에 안쪽으로 돌출하고, 앞부축류날개의 바깥 쪽 가장자리부에 접근하는 링형태의 단부를 형성해서 뒷부축류날개에 대한 줄임부를 형성하여 구성한 단붙임축류인듀서.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 앞부축류날개의 외경을 뒷부축류날개의 외경보다 비교적 작게 구성하고, 이 앞부축류날개와 대응한 펌프케이싱의 원통형흡입구부의 일부에 안쪽으로 돌출하고, 앞부축류날개의 바깥쪽 가장자리부에 접근한 링형태의 단부를 형성하여 뒷부축류날개에 대한 제1의 줄임부를 형성하고, 또 인듀서의 최선단부와 대응하는 펌프케이싱의 원통형흡입구부에 형성한 단부의 일부를 안쪽으로 돌출시켜, 제2의 줄임부를 형성해서 구성한 단붙임축류인듀서.
