Claims (8)

  1. A) i) 이소시아네이트 그룹 함량이 5 내지 45중량%인 유기 폴리이소시아네이트; ii) a) 평균 하이드록실값이 300 이상이고, b) 평균 하이드록실 관능성이 2 내지 8이며 c) 평균 분자량이 약 500이하인 하이드록실 그룹 함유성분; 및 iii) 성분 i), ii) 및 iii)의 혼합 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 0.1 내지 약 10중량%이 카복실산을 밀폐된 금형속에서 이소시아네이트 지수 약 90 내지 약 400에서 반응시키고, B) 성분들이 반응하도록 하고, C) 생성물을 금형으로부터 제거함을 특징으로 하여 성형품을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 ii)의 평균 하이드록실값이 약 300 내지 약 1800인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 ii)의 평균 하이드록실 관능성이 2 내지 4인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 산이 지방족 지방산인 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 지방산이 옥탄 카복실산, 도데칸산, 리시놀레산, 올레산, 알라이드산, 스테아르산, 팔미트산, 리놀레산, 니놀렌산, 고래기름 지방산, 코코낫유로부터 수득한 지방산, 수지 지방산 또는 파라핀을 산화시켜 수득한 지방산, 토올류(tall oil)지방산, 석신산, 말레산, 시트르산, 아젤라산, 아디프산, 불포화 카복실산의 올리고머화 생성물 및 말레산과 천연 및 합성 오일과의 부가 생성물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 산이 올레산, 리놀레산, 리시놀레산 및 아디프산으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 산이 일반식 R(CO2H)n (여기서, n은 1,2 또는 3이고, R은 10개 이상의 탄소원자를 포함한다)의 지방산인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 지수가 약 95 내지 약 115인 방법.
