Claims (9)

  1. 하기 일반식(I)으로 표시되는 티오카르바모일아세토니트릴 화합물:
    상기식에서, R1은 수소 C1내지 C6알킬, C3내지 C6시클로알킬 또는 -(CH2)n-A(여기서 A는, C1내지 C6알킬 및 할로겐으로 부터 선정된 한개 이상의 치환기로 치환될 수 있는, C6내지 C12아릴, 5-또는 6-원 헤테로시클릭기 또는 9 또는 10개 원자로 구성된 융합 헤테로시클릭 기이고 또 n은 0 또는 1 내지 6의 정수임)이고, R2는 C1내지 C10알킬이며, 또 Ar은 C1내지 C6알콕시, C2내지 C7알킬카르보닐, C7내지 C13아릴카르보닐, C1내지 C6알킬아미노, C2내지 C6디알킬아미노, 아미노, 포르밀아미노, C2내지 C7알킬카르보닐아미노, 할로겐, 시아노, 니트로, 히드록실, C1내지 C6알킬티오, C6내지 C12아릴티오, C1내 C6알킬술피닐, C6내지 C12아릴술피닐, C1내지 C6알킬술포닐, C6내지 C12아릴술피닐, C1내지 C6내지 C12아릴술포닐, 아미노술포닐, C1내지 C6알킬아미노술포닐, C2내지 C6디알킬아미노술포닐, 트리풀루오르메틸 및 아미다졸릴로 구성된 군으로 부터 선정된 한개 이상의 치환기로 치환될 수 있는, 아릴, 5-또는 6-원 헤테로시클릭 기 또는 융합 헤테로시클릭 기임.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, A또는 Ar로 표시되는 상기 5-원 또는 6-원 헤테로시클릭 잔기는 피롤, 이미다졸, 피라졸, 피리딘, 피라진, 피리민딘, 피리다진, 티오펜, 치아졸, 이소티아졸, 푸란 옥사졸 또는 이소옥사졸을 형성하고, 또 9또는 10개 원자로 구성된 상기의 융합 헤테로시클릴, 고리 잔기는 인폴리진, 인돌, 이소인돌, 퀴눌린, 이소퀴놀린, 벤조티오펜, 이소벤조펜, 벤조티아졸, 이소벤조티아졸, 벤조푸란, 이소벤조푸란, 벤조옥사졸 또는 이소벤조옥사졸 고리를 형성하는 화합물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, R2가 C1내지 C6알킬인 화합물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, R1이 수소, C1내지 C6알킬, C3내지 C6시클로알킬 또는-(CH2)n-A(이때 A는, C1내지 C3알킬 및 할로겐으로 구성된 군으로 부터 선정된 한개 이상의 치환기에 의해 치환될 수 있는, 페닐, 피리딜, 티엔임, 벤즈이미다졸릴 또는 벤조티아졸릴이고, 또 n'는 0 또는 1내지 3의 정수임)인 화합물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, Ar은 C1내지 C6알킬,C1내지 C6알콕시, C2내지 C7알킬카르보닐, C7내지 C13아릴카르보닐, C7내지 C6알킬아미노, C2내지 C6디알킬아니모, 아니모, 포르밀아미노, C2내지 C7알킬카르보닐아미노, 할로겐, 시아노, 니트로, 히드록실, C1내지 C6알킬티오, C6내지 C12아릴티오, C1내지 C6알킬술피닐, C6내지 C12아릴술피닐, C1내지 C6알킬아미노술포닐, C2내지 C6디알킬아미노술포닐, 트리플루오르메틸 및 이미다졸리로 구성된 군으로 부터 선정된 한개 이상의 치환기에 의해 치환될 수 있는, 페닐, 나프틸, 피리딜, 티엔일, 피롤리, 이미다졸림, 피라진일, 피리미딘일, 인돌릴, 벤조티아졸릴, 벤즈이미다졸릴 또는 퀴놀릴인 화합물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, R1가 수소, C1내지 C6알킬, C5내지 C6시클로알킬, 또는 한개 이상의 할로겐 원자를 가질수 있는 페닐, 벤질, 펜에틸 또는 페닐프로필인 화합물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, Ar은 C1내지 C6알킬, C1내지 C6알콕시, 아미노, 할로겐 시아노, 니트로, C1내지 C6알킬티오, C6내지 C12아릴술포닐, 아미노술포닐, 트리플루오로메틸 및 이미다졸릴로 구성된 군으로 부터 선정된 한개 이상의 치환기로 치환될 수 있는, 페닐, 나프틸, 피리딜, 티엔일, 피롤릴, 벤조티아졸릴 피롤릴 또는 벤즈이미다 졸릴인 화합물.
  8. 활성 성분으로서 제1항에 따른 화합물 한개 이상의 및 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체를 포함하는 약제 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 항 고혈압 처리에 사용되는 약제 조성물.
