제1도는 실시예에 관한 금속분말 제조장치의 요부 단면 설명도, 제2도는 유하완충용 플랜지가 부설된 액자름용 강체를 갖춘 동장치의 요부 단면 설명도, 제3도는 냉각액 분출관의 토출구 개구 위치를 다르게한 경우의 통체 상단으로 부터의 거리와 냉각 액층의 유속과의 관계를 표시하는 그래프.

Claims (14)

  1. 냉각용 통체의 내주면을 따라 냉각액을 분출 공급하여 통체 내주면을 따라서 선희하면서 유하하는 냉각액층을 형성하고, 이 냉각액층의 내주면측으로 부터 용융금속을 분사하고, 냉각액층에 의하여 분단하여 냉각응고시켜서 금속분말을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 냉각용 통체로부터 냉각액과 함께 유하한 금속분말을 연속적으로 탈액한 후, 계속하여 연속적으로 건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말의 연속 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 용융금속을 중력에 의하여 분사노즐로부터 분사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 냉각용 통체가 원통형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 냉각용 통체가 깔떼기 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말의 제조방법.
  6. 내주면을 따라 접선방향으로부터 냉각액을 분출 공급하기 위한 냉각액 분출관이 설치된 냉각용 통체와, 상기 냉각액 분출관으로부터 분출된 냉각액에 의하여 상기 통체의 내주면에 형성된 냉각액층에 용융금속을 분사하기 위한 용융금속 분사 수단과, 상기 냉각액 분출관에 냉각액을 공급하기 위한 냉각액 공급수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말의 제조장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 냉강용 통체가 원통형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말의 제조장치.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 냉각용 통체가 깔떼기 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말의 제조장치.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 냉각용 통체는 내주면에는 냉각액층의 층두께 조정용 링이 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말의 제조장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 냉각용 분출관의 토출구가 냉각용 통체 상단과 층두께 조정용 링 상단과의 중앙위치로부터 상기 링 상단까지 사이에 개구되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말의 제조장치.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 복수개의 층두께 조정용 링이 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말의 제조장치.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 층두께 조정용 링의 상부에 냉각용 분출관이 복수단 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말의 제조장치.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 인접하는 냉각용 분출관의 단사이에 층두께 조정용 링이 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말의 제조장치.
  14. 제6항, 제9항, 제10항, 제11항, 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 냉각용 통체의 하단에 통상의 액자름용 망체가 연이어 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말의 제조장치.
