Claims (2)
- 엔진, 상기 엔진에 의해 구동되도록 채용된 주펌프, 위치를 선택하기 위하여 상기 주 펌프로 부터의 송출압력오일로써 공급되도록 채용된 복수의 액압선택밸브, 그리고 다양한 종류의 작업을 하도록 상기 액압선택밸브로부터의 압력오일로써 공급되고 복수의 작업장치를 작동시키기 위한 복수의 액츄에이터를 갖춘 액압건설 및 작업기계에 있어서, 유압회로는 송출압력이 소정압력을 초과할때 상기 주 펌프로 부터의 송출압력을 경감하기 위한 주릴리이프 밸브, 상기 액츄에이터에 연결된 라인에서의 압력이 소정압력보다도 높게되는 것을 방지하기 위한 복수의 포오트릴리이프밸브, 상기 주 릴리이프밸브 및 외부신호를 수용하는 일부 또는 모든 상기 포오트 릴리이프밸브의 설정압력을 상승시키기 위하여 상기 주 릴리이프밸프 및 일부 또는 모든 상기 포오트 릴리이프밸브에 구비된 부우스트 수용부재, 상기 부우스트 수용부재에 신호를 임의로 발생시키고 작동자에 의해 상기 신호의 공급을 정지시키기 위한 신호발생부재, 그리고 상기 신호발생부재의 작동과는 무관하게 상기 복수의 액압선택밸브의 특수한 하나의 중립위치를 유지시키기 위하여 상기 신호 발생부재로 부터의 상기 신호에 의해 작동되도록 채용된 작동억압부재로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액압건설 및 작업기계.
- 엔진, 상기 엔진에 의해 구동되도록 채용된 주펌프, 위치를 선택하기 위하여 상기 주 펌프로 부터의 송출압력오일로써 공급되도록 채용된 복수의 액압선택밸브, 그리고 다양한 종류의 작업을 하기위하여 상기 액압선택밸브로 부터의 압력오일로써 공급되고 복수의 작업장치를 작동시키기 위한 복수의 액츄에이터를 갖춘 액압건설 및 작업 기계에 있어서, 유압회로는 송출압력이 소정압력을 초과할때 상기 주 펌프로 부터의 송출압력을 경감하기 위한 주릴리이프 밸브, 상기 액츄에이터에 연결된 라인에서의 압력이 소정압력보다도 높게되는 것을 방지하기 위한 복수의 포오트릴리이프밸브, 상기 주 릴리이프밸브 및 외부액압신호를 수용하는 일부 또는 모든 상기 포오트 릴리이프밸브의 설정압력을 상승시키기 위하여 상기 주 릴리이프밸브 및 일부 또는 모든 상기 포오트릴리이프에 구비된 부우스트 수용부재, 수용부에서 신호를 수용하는 상기 부우스트수용부재를 작동시키기 위하여 액압신호를 발생시키기 위한 액압신호발생부재, 상기 부우스트수용부재를 갖춘 일부 또는 모든 상기 포오트 릴리이프밸브에 이르는 라인에서 액압원으로서의 액압오일에 의해 공급되는 상기 액압원, 작동자에 의해 임의로 개폐되도록 채용된 스위치, 그리고 상기 액압신호발생부재에 대하여 상기 액압원이 상기 신호출력후 상기 스위치의 개방 또는 폐쇄된 상태와 무관하게 소정 압력보다도 더 높게되는한 상기 스위치를 통하여 상기 신호를 상기 액압신호발생부재의 상기 수용부에 출려거시키고 상기 신호의 출력을 유지시키기 위한 릴레이회로로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액압건설 및 작업기계.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
