Claims (1)

  1. 은부활, 알루미늄공부활 황화아연을 함유하는 청색 발광형광체의 제조방법에 있어서, 황화아연 1000g에 Ag량은 150-400ppm, 불화알루미늄 5g 내지 10g을 혼합해서 혼합물을 만들고, 이 혼합물을 환원성 분위기하에서 소성한 후, 순수한 물로 세정하여 대기에서 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 청색 발광형광체의 제조방법.
