Claims (2)

  1. 황화아연, 동부활제, 금부활제 및 알루미늄공부활제를 혼합, 조성하여 된 녹색 발광형광체에 있어서, 황화아연 모체 1g에 대해 0g보다 많고 6×10-5g범위의 터비움(Tb)을 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 녹색발광 형광체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 동(Cu), 금(Au), 알루미늄(Al)의 함유량이 ZnS모체 1g에 대해 각각 8×10-5g 내지 1.7 × 10-4g, 8×10-5내지 5×10-4g, 1×10-4g 내지 1×10-3g되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 녹색발광 형광체.
