Claims (10)
- 하기(a), (b)로 구성되는, 열경화성 수지 복합체 물품의 제조방법: (a) 섬유상 강화제와 부분 경화된 열경화성 수지 시스템으로 구성되는 라미네이트를 제공하고; (b) 3. 4기압 이하의 압력에서, 수지 시스템의 추후 경화가 촉진되고 그의 유리 전이 온도가 증가하므로 약간의 시간에 걸쳐 증가하는 승온에 상기 라미네이트를 노출시키되 단, 상기 유리 전이 온도는 열경화성 수지 시스템의 최종 유리 전이 온도이하로 유지됨.
- 제1항에 있어서, 라미네이트의 노출 온도는 열경화성 수지 시스템의 유리 전이 온도 20℃이하 내로 유지되는 방법.
- 제1 또는 제2항에 있어서, 열경화성 수지 시스템은 에폭시 수지와 경화제로 구성되는 방법.
- 제1 내지 3항중 한 항에 있어서, 열경화성 수지는 플루오렌 비스페놀의 디글리시딜 에테르로 구성되는 방법.
- 제1 내지 제4항중 한 항에 있어서, (b) 단계는 대기압에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1 내지 제5항중 한항에 있어서, (b) 단계는 일련의 경사 가열 단계로 수행되는 방법.
- 제1 내지 제6항중 한 항에 있어서, 라미네이트는 한셋트의 층이있는 프레프레그로 구성되고 단결상태인 방법.
- 제1 내지 제7항중 한 항에 있어서, (b) 단계의 온도는 분당 0.1내지 2℃범위내의 속도로 증가되는 방법.
- 제1 내지 제8항중 한 항에 있어서, (b) 단계에 따른 라미네이트의 노출시간은 1시간 내지 3시간 범위내인 방법.
- 제1 내지 제9항중 한 항에 있어서, (b) 단계에 따라 경화된 라미네이트를 대기압에서 약 10시간까지의 시간동안 최종 유리 전이 온도에 또는 근방의 온도에 노출시킴으로 구성되는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
