Claims (12)

  1. 다음 구조식(I)을 갖는 화합물
    [식중, Ar은 임의로 치환된 알릴 또는 복소환식 고리 시스템; R1및 R2는 독립적으로 H, 임의로 치환된 알킬, 알케닐 또는 알키닐, 할로겐, NR4Rh로 부터 선택되거나 또는 R1및 R2는 탄소와 결합하여 임의로 치환된 알케닐 또는 시클로알킬 그룹을 형성하고; R3는 CO2R4, CN, COR4, CH2OR4, CH(OH)R4, CH(OR4)R5, CH2OSO2R4, CH2OSO3R4, CH2ONR6R7, CSNH2, COSR4, CORS4, CONHOS2R4, CONR6R7, CONHNR6R7, CONHN+R6R7R8Y+, CO2 -M+COON=CR6R7; M+는 농업적으로 사용가능한 양이온, Y-는 농업적으로 사용가능한 음이온 ; R4및 R5는 독립적으로 H또는 임의로 치환된 알킬, 아릴, 알케닐 또는 알키닐 그룹으로 부터 선택되고; R6, R7, R8, R9, R6및 R11는 독립적으로 H또는 임의로 치환된 알킬, 알케닐, 아릴 또는 알키닐 그룹으로부터 선택되거나, 또는 R6, R7, R8, R9, R10및 R11의 어떤 두 그룹은 이들에 결합되는 원자와 함께 시클로알킬 또는 복소환식 고리를 형성 하고; R6및 R7은 또한 복소환식 고리일 수 있고; W는 O또는 R10이 H또는 저급알킬인 NR10; X는 (CH2)n, CH=CH, R9가 H 또는 임의로 치환된 알킬, 아릴, 알케닐 또는 알키닐 그룹인 CH(OR6)CH2, COCH2; n은 0.1 또는 2임]

  4. 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, R3가 CO2R4, CN, CH2OR4, CSNH2, CONR6R7, CONHNR6R7, CONHN+R6R78Y+,COON=CR6R7또는 CO2 +M+인 화합물.
  5. 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, Ar이 다음과 같은 화합물.
    [식중, R18은 N, CH 또는 CR20R19및 R20은 독립적으로 할로겐으로부터 선택됨.
  6. 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, R3가 CO2R4, CN, CONR6R7또는 COON=CR6R7인 화합물.
  7. 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, R3가 CO2R4인 화합물.
  8. 다음 구조식(IC)을 갖는 화합물.
    [식중, R18및 R20은 제5항에서 정의한 바와같고, R2및 R3는 제1항에서 정의한 바와같음.
  9. 제1항의 구조식(I)화합물 및 임의로 구조식(I)을 갖지않는 다른 제초제와 담체 또는 희석제가 결합한 것으로 이루어진 제초성 조성물.
  10. 제1항의 구조식(I)화합물을 식물 또는 식물의 소재지에 효과량 살포하는 것으로 이루어진 원하지 않는 식물을 죽이거나 원하지 않는 식물의 생장을 억제하는 방법.

    염기존재내에서 하이드록실아민 하이드로클로라이드와 반응시키거나; 또는 c)다음 구조식(XV)의 화합물을
    [식중, Ar및 W 는 구조식(I)에 정의한 바와같고, Z1는 이탈그룹임.
    염기존재내에서 다음 구조식(XVI)의 화합물과 반응시키고; 그후
    [식중, X, R1, R2및 R3는 구조식(I)에 정의한 바와같음.
    필요하다면 (I)R3가 알콕시카보닐일때 당해산으로 가수분해시키고 (II)R3가 COOH일때 에스테르화시키거나 또는 염, 아미드, 설폰아미드, 히드라지드 또는 히드라지늄 유도체를 만들고 (III)R3가 알콜일때 당해산 또는 알데히드로 산화시키고 (IV)R3가 알콕시카르보닐일때, 알콜로 환원시키고 (V)R3가 아미드일때 당해 니트릴로 탈수시키고 (VI)R3가 알콕시카보닐이고, n이 0이며 R1이거나 R2또는 R1및 R2가 수소일때 염기를 매체로 하여 당해 치환된 에스테르로 알킬화시키고 (VIII)R3가 아미드일때 당해 티오아미드로 전환시키는 ; 단계중 하나이상의 단계를 실행하는 것으로 이루어지는, 구조식(I)화합물을 제조하는 방법.
  12. 다음 구조식(IV)화합물; 또는
    [식중, Ar및 W는 제1항에 정의한 바와같음
    다음 구조식(V)화합물; 또는
    [식중, Ar및 W는 제1항에 정의한 바와같음
    다음 구조식(XV)화합물.
