Claims (15)

  1. 범프의 프레싱 및 타잉장치는 수집캔(V5)로부터 재료를 추출하고 상기 재료를 프레싱하기위한 수단(13, 31, 33)과, 프레스된 범프의 타잉수단(35, 37)과 타이된 범프를 처리하기 위한 수단(51, 53, 65)으로 구성되고, 캔(V5)으로부터 재료를 추출하기위한 1차 스테이션(11)과 범프의 프레싱과 타잉용 2차 스테이션(27)을 포함하며, 범프를 운반하는 수단(21, 23)이 상기 1차 추출스테이션으로부터 상기 2차 프레싱 및 타잉스테이션으로 재료를 운반하기위하여 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 범프의 프레싱 및 타잉 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 추출스테이션(11)은 캔(V5)로부터 재료를 추출하기 위한 추출기(13)와, 캔으로부터 추출된 재료를 부분적으로 사전압축하기위한 프레싱 수단(15, 15A)을 포함하는것을 특징으로하는 범프의 프레이싱 및 타잉장치.
  3. 제항에 있어서, 재료가 1차에서 2차스테이션으로 운반되는 동안 재료의 재팽창을 방지하는 리테이닝 및 가이딩 수단(17, 29)이 상기 추출스테이션(11)과 상기 프레싱 및 타잉스테이션(27)사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 범프의 프레싱 타잉장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느한항에 있어서, 추출스테이션(11)으로부터 프레싱 및 타잉스테이션(27)으로 범프를 운반하는 상기 수단은 운반될 재료를 그리핑하기위한 부재(23)를 가진 캐피지(21)로 이루어지는것을 특징으로하는 범프의 프레싱 및 타잉장치.
  5. 제1항 내지 재4항중의 어느한항에 있어서, 팩된 범프를 취하여 그것을 운반하기위한 처리수단은 상기 프레싱 및 타잉스테이션(27)과 연결된것을 특징으로 하는 범프의 프레싱 및 타잉장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 프레스 및 타이된 범프가 후속이전을 위하여 놓여지는 컨베이어벨트(53)는 프레싱 및 타이스테이션과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 범프의 프레싱 및 타잉장치.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느한항에 있어서, 적어도 두개의 회전캔채움플렛포옴(5)의 하나 또는 다른 하나로 부터 교대로 프레스 및 팩되는 재료로 채워진 캔을 취하고, 그것을 프레싱 유니트로 운반하는 셔틀(9)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 범프의 프레싱 및 타잉장치.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중의 어느한항에 있어서, 수집캔(V5)로부터 추출된 재료(M)둘레에 래핑필름(N)을 놓기위한 수단(78)이 상기 추출스테이션(11)과 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 범프의 프레싱 및 타잉장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 팰될 재료(M)둘레에 래핑필름을 놓기위한 상기 수단은 필름(N)의 로울핀 데이프의 자유단을 꼭붙잡아 그것을 소정의 길이로 푸는 그리핑부재(78)와 플린 테이프를 커팅하기위한 부재(9)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 범프의 프레싱 및 타잉장치.
  10. 제8항 또는 9항에 있어서, 부재(81,83)는 프레싱 및 타잉스테이션(27)에서 래핑필름과 함께 프레스된 범프위 래핑을 완성하기 위하어 설치되는것을 특징으로하는 범프의 프레싱 및 타잉 장치.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 부재(81,83)는 프레싱 및 타잉스테이션의 프레스면(31,33)과 동축으로 배치되고, 교대로 수축위치와 그들이 상기 두개의 프레싱면사이에서 프레스된 범프를 에워싸는 위치에 놓이도록 수직으로 이동할수있는 관형부재인것을 특징으로하는 범프의 프레싱 및 타잉장치.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 관형부재는 타잉기(35, 37)가 관통하기위한 구멍(87,91)을 가진것을 특징으로 하는 범프의 프레싱 및 타잉장치.
  13. 직물재료 또는 유사한 제품의 범프의 자동프레싱 및 래핑방법은 수집캔으로부터 재료를 추출하는 단계와, 그 재료를 압축하여 그것을 패킹필름속에 래핑하는 단계와, 상기 패킹필름속에서 프레스되고 탭된 재료의 범프를 타잉하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로하는 범프의 자동프레싱 및 래핑방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 수집캔으로 재료를 추출하여 그것을 필름속에 래핑하는 단계는 1차 추출스테이션(11)에서 일어나고, 랩된 재료는 2차 프레싱 및 타잉스테이셔(27)으로 운반되는 것을 특징으로하는 범프의 자동프레싱 및 래핑방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 수집캔으로부터 추출하고 재료를 래핑하는동안, 상기 재료는 부분적으로 사전압축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 범프의 자동프레싱 및 래핑방법.
