Claims (1)

  1. 튜브(2)(2')의 녹제거장치(B)가 설치되고 휜(3)(3')의 교정 및 녹제거장치(B')에서 횡방향공급테이블(1)의 측면 상부에 회전 송출기(3)로 휜(3')(3")을 공급하여 받침판(5)에 요철홈(5a)(5a')이 형성된 이동대차(4)에 휜(3')(3")과 튜브(2)(2')가 실려 크램핑기(6)의 공압실린더(7)(7')에 의해 상하 크램퍼(8)(8')가 닫혀서 가용접후 자동용접 라인(L)과 공급대(L1)를 통해 용접장치(W)의 튜브안내로울러(9)(9')와 휜 안내로울러(10)(10'), 좌우측면안내로울러(11)(11')에 안내되고 상부의 공압실린더(12)(12')에 의해 튜브밀착로울러(13)(13')및 휜밀착로울러(14)(14')를 통해 상하 20전극 동시 연속자동 용접하여 송출대(15)위에 이송적재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보일러용 패널 자동용접장치.
