Claims (13)
- 환형 중공 섬유막 다발을 에워싸는 쉘로 이루어진 유체 분리 장치로서, 상기 쉘은 유체 공급물 유입구, 비투과물 유출구,스위프 유체-투과물 유출구 및 스위프 유체 유입구를 갖고, 상기 중공 섬유막 다발은 (ⅰ) 하나의 튜브시트에 근접한 위치에서 중심 튜브의 벽에 구멍을 갖는 중심 튜브, (ⅱ) 유체 밀폐 관계에 있는 튜브시트를 통해 연장되고 튜브시트내에 끼워진 각각의 섬유의 양끝으로 쉘의 전체 길이를 실제로 연장시키는 중공 섬유와 상기의 중심 튜브의 외부 둘레에 원통형으로 만들어진 중공 섬유 패키지, (ⅲ) 중공섬유의 외부표면과 중심 튜브의 내부 사이에서 유체를 유동시키기 위해중심 튜브의 벽에 구멍이 조재하는 엔지 부분 반대쪽의 다발의 한 끝 가까이에 있는 감싸지지 않는 원형 지역을 제외하고 상기 다발중의 노출된 중공 섬유의 전체 세로 길이를 실제로 감싸는 비투과성 필름 벽, 및 (ⅳ) 유체를 유동시키기 위해 최소한 하나의 튜브시트를 통해 연장하거나 짧아지는 중심 튜브를 가진 다발의 양끝으로 감싸는 튜브시틀로 이루어지고, 상기 중공 섬유막 다발은 중공 섬유 다발의 보어 사이드와 쉘 사이의 유체 밀폐 관계로 상기 쉘에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분리 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 환형 중공 섬유 다발이 맨드릴 둘레에 중공섬유가 감김으로써 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공 섬유 분리 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 맨드릴이 투과기의 중심튜브인 것을 특징으로 하는 중공 섬유 분리 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 포팅 조성물과 니압 쉘 사이에 위치한 시일을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공 섬유 분리 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 쉘과 상기 필름 벽 사이의 환형 공간을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공 섬유 분리 장치.
- 공기의 수분 함량을 감소시키기 위한 제1항에 따르는 유체 분리 장치.
- 공기의 수분 함량을 감소시키기 위한 제2항에 따르는 중공섬유 분리 장치.
- 공기의 수분 함량을 감소시키기 위한 제5항에 따르는 중공섬유 분리 장치.
- 천연 가스의 수분 함량을 감소시키기 위한 제1항에 따르는 유체 분리 장치.
- 천연 가스의 수분 함량을 감소시키기 위한 제2항에 따르는 중공섬유 분리 장치.
