Claims (4)

  1. 케이블이 감긴 스풀을 회전을 제어하는 속도 제어수단을 구비한 하강장치에 있어서, 상기 스풀의 회전을 제동하는 제동수단과, 상기 스풀을 역회전 시킬수 있는 역상승수단을 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 안전 하강장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 속도제어수단이 상기 스풀의 회전에 따라 증속 회전하는 플라이 훨과, 이 플라이 훨에 힌지결합되며 그 외주에 브레이크 슈가 접합된 플라이 웨이트를 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 안정 하강장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제동수단이 상기 스풀의 일측에 설치된 마찰드럼과, 이 마찰드럼에 선택적으로 접촉하는 브레이크 어셈블리와, 이 브레이크 어셈블리를 조작시키는 레버 및 제1핸들을 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 안전 하강장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 역상승수단이 상기 속도제어수단으로 부터 일방 클러치를 통해 전동되는 제2핸들을 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 안전 하강장치.
