Claims (11)

  1. 대두분말을 수용하는 원료탱크(1)와, 이 원료탱크(1)에 접속된 두유형성조(2)와, 이 두유 형성조(2)에 접속된 두유자비솣(22)과, 이 두유자비솣(22)으로 부터 끓여 달여진 두유를 인출하는 흡인수단(31)과, 이 흡인수단(31)으로 부터의 두유를 수용하는 제어조(32)와, 이 제어조(32)로 부터 공급된 두유를 수용하는 두부형성조(50)를 구비하여 되는 두부제조장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흡인수단(31)과 제어조(32)사이에 짜는 수단(60)을 개재시킨 것을 특징으로하는 두부제조장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 두유형성조(2)에 두부혼입물의 원료를 수용한 혼입물 탱크(70)가 접속되어있는 두부제조장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원료탱크(1)내에 스크레이퍼(3)가 배치되어 있는 두부제조장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원료탱크(1)와 두유형성조(2)사이에 정량밸브(7)가 설치되어 있는 두부제조장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 두유형성조(2)에 제1교반수단(13)과 제2교반수단(14)이 설치되어 있는 두부제조장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 두유형성조(2)와 두유자비솣(22)과의 사이에 전자밸브(23)가 배치되어있는 두부제조장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 두유자비솣(22)내에 유더날개(24)가 배치되어 있는 두부제조장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어조(32)가 제어적으로 경사가능한 두부제조장치.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 두부형성조(50)가 제어조(32)쪽으로 접근하거나 떨어지도록 이동가능한 두부제조장치.
  11. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 짜는 수단(60)은 회전운동되는 짜는용기(61)와 이 짜는용기(61)내에서 회전 가능하게 배치된 스크류체(62)를 구비하고 있는 두부제조장치.
