Abstract

Ce porte-faisselle est destiné au transport des faisselles contenant du fromage frais imbibé de son sérum. Il est constitué par un récipient en matière plastique de même conicité que celle de la faisselle et dans lequel la faisselle peut être déposée et s'enfoncer jusqu'à ce que sa paroi tronconique vienne reposer sur la paroi tronconique du porte-faisselle qui empêche par conséquent tout égouttage par les trous de cette paroi tronconique En rabattant les anses dans le porte-faisselle, avant introduction de la faisselle, on permet un lent égouttage du sérum imbibant le fromage blanc.
