Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en dispositivos para la división de frutas en dos partes, especialmente de frutos cítricos de las que hay que extraer el jugo, caracterizados, porque se constituye por un soporte en el que va dispuesta una cuchilla de tal modo que pueda penetrar por lo menos hasta la mitad del diámetro de la fruta, pudiéndose sostener la fruta a dividir en dos partes durante todo el proceso de división con ambas manos sin cambio de mano.
