원자로용 압력용기의 이중관식 히터장치와 그 교체방법

제1도는 원자로의 냉각장치에 사용되는 압력용기의 부분단면도, 제2도는 본 발명에 따른 이중관식 히터장치의 장착상태를 나타낸 부분단면도이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 전기히터(12)가 히터노즐(14)과 압력용기(10)의 벽면에 형성된 히터설치구멍(26)을 통하여 상기 압력용기(10)의 내부로 설치된 형식의 원자로 냉각장치용 압력용기의 손상된 히터노즐(14)교체방법에 있어서, 상기 손상된 히터노즐(14) 교체방법이 전기히터(12) 제거과정과, 손상된 히터노즐(14) 제거과정, 압력용기벽면의 히터설치구멍(26) 확장과정, 확장된 상기 히터설치구멍(26)에 외관(22)을 삽입하고 이 외관(22)을 상기 압력용기(10)의 외부벽면(16)과 내벽(18)에 용접고정하는 외관(22) 설치과정, 내관(24)을 상기 외관(22)의 내부에 삽입하되 상기 내관(24)의 상측끝부분이 상기 외관(22)의 상측끝부분을 지나 돌출되도록 삽입하고 상기 내관(24)과 상기 외관(22)의 하측끝부분을 용접으로 고정하는 내관(24) 설치과정 및, 전기히터(12)를 상기 내관(24)의 내부에 삽입하되 상기 전기히터(12)의 상측끝부분이 상기 내관(24)의 상측끝부분을 지나 돌출되도록 삽입하고 상기 전기히터(12)와 상기 내관(24)의 하측끝부분을 용접으로 고정하는 전기히터(12) 설치과정으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 원자로용 압력용기의 손상된 히터노즐교체방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외관(22)의 상측끝부분 높이가 주위의 압력용기내벽(18)의 높이와 거의 같도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 원자로용 압력용기의 손상된 히터노즐교체방법.
  3. 원래의 전기히터(12)와 히터노즐(14)이 제거되고 히터설치구멍(26)이 확장된 원자로 냉각장치용 압력용기를 수리할 때 사용되는 교체용 히터관(20)에 있어서, 상기 히터관(20)이 원래의 히터노즐(14)과 같은 축심을 갖도록 확장된 상기 히터설치구멍(26)에 끼워지는 외관(22)과, 이 외관(22)의 상측끝부분을 지나 상기 압력용기(10)의 내부로 삽입되어 원래의 히터배치구조와 같은 배치구조를 유지하도록 된 내관(24)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 원자로용 압력용기의 교체용 히터관.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 외관(22)이 압력용기(10)의 외부벽면(16)과 내벽(18)면에서 상기 압력용기(10)와 용접으로 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 원자로용 압력용기의 교체용 히터관.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 내관(24)이 상기 외관(22)의 하측끝부분과 용접으로 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 원자로용 압력용기의 교체용 히터관.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 내관(24)의 내경이 상기 압력용기(10)에 원래 장착되어 있던 전기히터(12)와 외경이 같은 전기히터(12)가 끼워질 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 원자로용 압력용기의 교체용 히터관.
