Claims (15)
- 외부동체(12)와, 동체(12)의 내부에 배열되는 다수의 관(16)과, 동체(12)의 적어도 일단에 설치되어 관을 지지하는 탄성 중합체 끝판 (18)으로 구성되고, 상기 끝판(18)은 관을 따라 자유롭게 팽창할 수 있도록 되어 있으며, 끝판(18)을 축방향으로 가압팽창 시키므로써 관 둘레를 밀봉하는 끝판가압수단(22)이 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 한성 중합체 끝판(18)의 A스케일 쇼어 경도가 45 내지 80인 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 끝단(18)이 A스케일 쇼어경도 60인 네오프렌 고무 성분으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 끝판 가압수단(22)이 끝판(18)의 외주면에 내향의 압력을 가하는 동체(12)의 내벽면인 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 끝판(18)이 동체(12)의 내벽면(14)에 의해 충분히 압축되어 끝판(18)과 내벽면(14)사이에 유체의 밀봉을 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 끝판 가압수단(22)이 관(16)을 둘러싸고 있는 끝판 부분에 외향의 압력을 가하는 관(16)의 외면(26)인 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 압력을 가한 후의 끝판두께가 압력을 가하기 전의 끝판 두께보다 5% 내지 50%증가하도록 끝판(18)에 충분한 압력을 가하여 관을 따라 팽창시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 끝판(18)의 단위면적(㎠)당 1내지 3개의 관(16)이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 동체(12)내부에서 관과 수직하게 배열되며 관(16)의 경도보다 낮은 경도를 갖는 진동 흡수재로 제조되는 한개 이상의 배플판(28)을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 배플판의 재료를 천연고무, 합성고무, 열경화성 탄성중합체, 열가소성 탄성중합체 등의 화합물 중에서 선택한 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 화합물중의 적어도 하나와 섬유질을 혼합한 재료로 상기 배플판(28)을 제조한 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 배플란(28)이 D스케일 쇼어경도 80인 석면혼합 네오프렌 고무로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 관(16)을 구리로 만든 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 동체(12)와, 소정의 경도를 갖는 다수의 관(16)과, 관이 조립되는 동체(12)양단 사이의 배플판(28)으로 구성되 열교환기에 있어서, 상기 배플판(28)이 관(16)의 경도보다 낮은 경도를 갖는 진동흡수재로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
