Claims (1)
- 테이프의 이완 부분을 진공실내에 도입하고, 그 진공실내의 부압에 의해 상기 테이프를 흡인해서 장력을 가하도록 하는 테이프 장력 제어 장치에 있어서, 상기 테이프의 폭 방향의 단부에 임하도록 상기 진공실의 내표면에 홈을 형성하고 또한, 상기 진공실내에 도입되는 테이프의 흡인량에 따라 상기 홈의 폭이 변화하도록 되어 있으며, 상기 홈을 통해 새어나오는 공기량이 상기 테이프의 흡인량에 따라 변화하도록 하고, 새어나오는 공기량에 따라 변화하는 압력을 압력계에 의해 검출하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 장력 제어 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
