Claims (14)

  1. 디시클로펜타디엔과 페놀 화합물의 중합체인 산화방지제의 적어도 일부가 시클로헥산으로 추출불가능한 형태임을 특징으로 하는 산화방지제 및 올레핀 중합체를 함유하는 산화적으로 안정화된 중합체 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 라디칼 개시제 존재하에 용융상중에서 상기 올레핀 중합체와 상기 산화방지제를 반응시킴으로써 제조될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 가교가능하며 올레핀 중합체가 다량의 에틸렌을 함유하는 폴리에틸렌임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌이 고밀도 폴리에틸렌임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 페놀 화합물이 페놀 또는 모노 메틸 또는 에틸 페놀임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화방지제가 말단 페놀 단위를 가지며 페놀 히드록실기에 대해 오르토인 t-부틸 방해기로 말단 보호됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화방지제가 올레핀 중합체의 0.1∼100pph (parts per hundred)의 양으로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 산화 방지제가 올레핀 중합체의 3∼60pph의 양으로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 마스터배치(masterbatch) 조성물.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 올레핀 중합체를 더 함유하는 조성물을 혼합시킴을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기주석 카르복실레이트, 티오에테르, 옥시드 또는 술피드인 유기주석 화합물 1종이상을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 유기 주석 화합물이 디알킬 주석 비스(메르캅토 알킬렌 카르복실레이트 에스테르)를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  12. 제10항에 또는 제11항에 있어서, 유기주석 화합물에 대한 디시클로 펜타디엔 페놀 중합체의 중량비가 1:0.1∼1임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  13. 제10항 내지 제12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 올레핀 중합체 총중량을 기준으로 유기주석 화합물 총량 100∼1000ppm을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  14. 라디칼 개시제 존재하에 용융상중에서 디시클로펜타디엔과 페놀 화합물의 중합체인 산화방지제와 올레핀 중합체를 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는, 산화방지제 및 올레핀 중합체를 함유하는 산화적적으로 안정화된 중합체 조성물의 제조방법.
