제3도는 자기 물질의 자화방향과 그 방향을 가로지르는 전류 방향간에 형성된 각도의 함수로서 상기 자기물질의 저항률의 변화를 도시한 도시도.
Claims (8)
- 각각의 기본 헤드로 삽입된 적어도 하나의 자기-저항요소를 포함하는 자기-저항유형의 상기 기본 헤드의 매트릭스 회로망을 포함하며, 상기 기본 헤드에 의한 신호판독이 상기 매트릭스의 다른 칼럼 상에 모아지며, 라인 선택 신호가 상기 매트릭스의 다른 라인으로 보내지는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티트랙 판독헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 선택신호가 상기 기본 헤드의 상기 자기회로로부터 절연된 도체로 보내지는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티트랙 판독헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 자기-저항소자가 각각의 기본 헤드의 자기회로에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티트랙 판독회로.
- 제3항에 있어서, 기본 헤드의 각각의 칼럼에서, 상기 자기-저항 소자가 동일한 대역의 자기-저항물질의 부분을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티트랙 판독헤드.
- 제3항에 있어서, 기본 헤드의 각각의 칼럼에서, 상기 자기-저항 소자가 양호한 전기 전도성 물질에 의해 분리 및 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티트랙 판독헤드.
- 제3항에 있어서, 기본 헤드의 각각의 라인에서, 상기 기본 헤드의 자기회로가 전기적으로 직렬로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티트랙 판독헤드 (제5도).
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 자기-저항소자가 매우 양호한 전기적 전도성 물질의 코어에 포함되는 자기-저항물질의 대역의 부분을 형성하며, 상기 코어의 축이 상기 대여의 축에 수직으로 비스듬한 것을 특징으로 하는 적어도 일부의 자기 극 자체를 사용하는 멀티트랙 판독헤드.
- 상기 첨구범위 중 어느 한 항에 따른 판독헤드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기매체상의 멀티트랙 레코딩을 판독하기 위한 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
