제1도는 본 발명에 따른 소결작업을 설명하는 그래프이다.

Claims (2)

1.78∼2.0%C와, 1.16∼1.24% Si,0.43∼0.49% Mn, 0.29% P, 0.15∼0.17% Cr, 1.87∼2.13% Cu 및 0.23∼0.28% Sn 인 화학조성을 갖는 밸브가이드용 소결합금.
2.0∼3.5%C와, 1.5∼2.5% Si,0.4∼1.0% Mn 및 기타 미량 합금원소가 함유된 주출분말에 20∼40%의 인철(Fe-P)과 1.0∼6.0%Cu 및 0.5∼1.0% 스테아린산아연을 첨가하여 혼합분말을 만들고, 이 혼합분말을 4-7ton/㎤압력으로 가압하여 성형체를 만든다음, 이 성형체를 비산화성 분위기에서 1100∼1500℃온도로 30분∼2.0시간 유지시켜 탈탄 및 소결작업을 실시하고나서 상온까지 냉각시키도록 된 밸브가이드용 소결합금 제조방법.
