Claims (1)

  1. 볼트 가동중에 행하여지는 구상화 열처리 및 소입,소려 열처리를 생략하여 고장력볼트용 선재를 제조하는데 있어서, 중량%로, C : 0.13-0.15%, Si : 0.16-0.20%, Mn : 1.10-1.40%, P : 0.030%이하, S : 0.0030% Nb : 0.0030-0.040%, V : 0.030-0.040%를 포함하는 강을 가열온도를 1100-1200℃로 하고 마루리 압연온도를 소재 표면온도 기준으로 1000-800℃로 하여 압연한후 500-550℃까지 18-22℃/sec의 냉각속도로 강제 냉각후 공냉하는 것을 특징으로하는 고장력볼트용 선재의 제조방법.
