Claims (6)

  1. 주제와 경화제로 이루어진 2액형 무기질계 피복조성물에 있어서 주제가 다음의 일반식(I)로 표시되는 유기관능성 실란화합물과 유기티타늄 화합물을 포함하며 경화제가 산성실리카졸과 알루미나졸의 혼합액임을 특징으로 하는 무기질계 피막조성물.
    RnSi(Y)4-n (I)
    (식중 R은 탄소수 3개 이하의 알킬 또는 알케닐기이고, Y는 탄소수 4개 이하의 알콕시기이며 n은 1 내지 3의 정수이다.)
  2. 청구범위 1항에서, 유기티타늄 화합물이 테트라옥틸렌글리콜티타네이트, 트리에탄올 아민티타네이트, 테트라부틸티타네이트에서 선택적으로 단독 또는 2개 이상 혼합하여 사용하였음을 특징으로 하는 피복조성물.
  3. 청구범위 2항에서, 티타늄 화합물의 사용은 산성실리카졸 및 알루미나졸 혼합물 100중량부에 대하여 0.1-5중량부의 비율로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 피막조성물.
  4. 청구범위 1항에서, 산성실리카졸과 알루미나졸의 혼합은 실리카졸 100중량부에 대하여 알루미나졸을 50-200중량부의 비율로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 피막조성물.
  5. 청구범위 4항에서, 알루미나졸은 고형분이 10-20중량%이며 우모상 또는 편상의 입자구조를 가지고 있음을 특징으로 하는 피막조성물.
  6. 청구범위 4항에서, 경화제 용액중 실리카졸은 입자크기가 다른 2종 이상의 실리카졸을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 피막조성물.
