Claims (16)
- (a) 융점이 80℃이상인 고체 폴리이소시아네이트, (b) 분자량이 400 내지 10,000이고 실온에서 액체인 직쇄 또는 측쇄 OH- 및/또는 NH2-말단 폴리옥시알킬렌 폴리에테르, (c) 분자량이 400 내지 20,000이고 실온에서 고체인 직쇄 또는 측쇄 OH- 및/또는 NH2-말단 고체 폴리에스테르(여기서, 상기 폴리에스테르는 혼합물 전체에 완전히 분포하나 폴리에테르 (b) 와 균질하게 혼합되지는 않는다), 및 (d)임의로, OH 및/또는 NH2그룹을 함유하고 분자량이 62 내지 399인 저분자량 쇄연장제의 혼합물을 함유하는 열 경화성 반응 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물이 (e) 임의로, 촉매 및 보조제를 추가로 함유하는 열 경화성 반응 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고체 폴리이소시아네이트를, 확산 방지층이 형성되기에 충분한 양으로 지방족 디아민을 가함으로써 탈활성화시키는 열 경화성 반응 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 지방족 디아민을 폴리에테르 성분(b)한 분획 이상의 존재하에 사용하는 열 경화성 반응 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고체 폴리이소시아네이트(a)가 이량체 2,4-디이소시아나토톨루엔 또는 3,3′-디이소시아나토-4,4′-디메틸-N,N′-디페닐우레아인 열 경화성 반응 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 고체 폴리이소시아네이트의 입자 크기가 0.1내지 150㎛인 열 경화성 반응 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 고체 폴리이소시아네이트의 입자 크기가 1 내지 20㎛인 열 경화성 반응 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에테르 (b)의 분자량이 1,000내지 6,000인 열 경화성 반응 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에테르(b)의 분자량이 1,000 내지 4,000인 열 경화성 반응 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르(c)의 분자량이 1,000 내지 6,000인 열 경화성 반응 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르(c)가 실온에서 고체이고 연화점이 40 내지 150℃인 열 경화성 반응 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르(c)가 실온에서 고체이고 연화점이 40 내지 130℃인 열 경화성 반응 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르(c)가 입자 크기 10 내지 200㎛의 미세한 분말인 열 경화성 반응 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르(c)가 입자 크기 20 내지 100㎛의 미세한 분말인 열 경화성 반응 시스템.
- 제1항에 따른 열 경화성 반응 시스템을 실온 이상의 온도로 가열함으로써 상기 열 경화성 반응 시스템을 경화시킴을 특징으로 하는, 탄성 중합체, 피복 화합물, 밀봉 화합물 또는 접착제의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 따른 열 경화성 반응 시스템을 100 내지 150℃의 온도로 가열함으로써 상기 열 경화성 반응 시스템을 경화시킴을 특징으로 하는, 탄성 중합체, 피복 화합물, 밀봉 화합물 또는 접착제의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
