제3(A), 제3(B) 및 제3도(C)는 본 발명을 도시하는 설명도로서, 제3도(A)는 한쪽의 리이드선으로의 저 융접 가용합금편의 용접직후의 상태를, 제3도(B)는 한쪽의 리이드선을 케이스내로 끼워넣은 후의 상태를, 제3도(C)는 다른쪽의 리이드선을 케이스내로 끼워넣는 후의 상태를 각각 도시하는 설명도.

Claims (1)

  1. 선단부에 팽출부를 갖고 있는 한쪽의 리이드선의 선단면에 저융점 가용합금편을 용접하고, 이 용접한 저융점 가용합금편을 양단부 내면에 돌출단면을 가지고 있는 통형상의 절연 케이스안으로 케이스의 한단으로부터 끼워넣어서 상기 한쪽의 리이드선의 팽출부를 케이스의 한단부내의 돌출 단면에 맞닿게 선을 상기 케이스의 다른 단으로부터 케이스안으로 끼워넣고 그 리이드선에 눌리는 압력을 가하면서 그 선단면의 단면을 상기 저융점 가용합금편의 선단에 융접함과 함께 상기 팽출부를 케이스의 다른 단부내의 상기돌출단면에 맞닿게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직선형 온도퓨즈의 제조방법.
