건축물 내외장재 고정보울트

본 고안은 주로 건축물의 벽면에 미장석판을 부착할때 사용되는 앵커 보울트에 관한 것으로 특히 건축물의 벽면에 박아 고정시켰을때 유동 되지 않고 견고하게 고정설치되도록 한 것이다.
종래에 건축물의 벽면에 미장석판을 시공하는 방법을 보면 벽면 하부에서 부터 부착하면서 그 상부에 부착되는 석판 하단에는 콘크리트 못을 박아 하중이 하부 석판에 미치지 못하도록 받쳐주고 있다.
이때 석판은 중량이 매우 크기 때문에 콘크리트 못만으로는 그 중량의 지탱이 어려워 접착 매개물인 시멘트가 굳는 동안 장시간 방치하면 못이 휘어지면서 미끌어져 떨어지거나 못이 부러져 부착상태가 파손되므로 매우 불안전한 상태이다.
본 고안에서는 이상과 같은 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 일반적으로 간판이나 별도의 시설물을 매어달기 위하여 사용되는 테이퍼형 선단부가 있는 보울트에 선단의 절개편들이 확대되는 관체를 끼워서된 앵커 보울트를 이용하되 보울트의 테이퍼형 선단부와 관체의 절개편 구조를 파형 요절부로 개량하여 벽에 박아 고정시킨 상태가 매우 견고하도록 구성한 것이다.
이를 첨부된 도면에 의하여 그 구성을 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
테이퍼형선단부(2)가 형성된 보울트(1)에 선단에 절개편(4)이 형성된 관체(3)를 끼워서는 앵커 보울트에 있어서, 보울트(1)의 테이퍼형 선단부(2) 표면과 관체(3)의 절개편(4)표면에 걸림턱(5a), (6a)이 역방향으로 파형요철륜(5), (6)을 형성하고, 절개편(4) 내면에는 보울트(1)쪽 파형요철륜(5)의 걸림턱(5a)와 서로 걸리도록 걸림턱(7a)의 파형요철륜(7)을 형성한 구조로서 도면중 미설명부호 1'는 나사부, 4' 절개선 8은 너트 9, 9'는 와샤, 10은 벽, 11은 앵커보울트 설치를 위하여 드릴로 뚫은 보울트 삽지공이다.
이상과 같은 본 고안의 설치는 건축물 벽면이 미장 석판을 부착할때 그 하단을 받쳐줄 수 있는 위치에 보울트삽지공(11)을 뚫고 이에 앵커보울트를 끼운다음 관체(3) 선단을 타격하여 강제로 박으면 절개편(4)은 테이퍼형 선단부(2)에 의해 확대 되면서 진입하고, 진입되는 절개편(4) 내면의 파형 요철륜(7)은 테이퍼형 선단부(2)의 파형 요철륜(7)과 중첩되면서 걸림턱(5a), (7a)이 서로 엇물려 걸리고, 절개편(4)외면의 파형 요철륜(6)의 걸림턱(6a)은 보울트 삽지공(11)의 내면에 파고들면서 걸려 있는 상태가 되어 매우 견고하게 박혀 있게 된다.
이와같이 견고하게 설치된 본 고안 앵커보울트는 중량이 무거운 대형 석판의 경우에도 지탱할 능력이 충분하여 석판을 벽에 부착할때 안전하게 시공할 수 있는 효가가 있다.

  1. 테이퍼형 선단부(2)가 형성된 보울트(1)에 선단에 절개편(4)이 형성된 관체(3)를 끼우고 와셔(9), (9') 및 보울트(8)를 조여서 되는 앵커보울트에 있어서, 테이퍼형 선단부(2)와 절개편(4)의 내, 외면에 걸림턱(5a), (6a), (7a)이 형성된 파형 요철륜(5), (6), (7)을 형성하여서된 건축물 내외장재 고정 보울트.
