Claims (7)

  1. D-(-)-3-하이드록시부티르산의 단독중합체 및/또는 공중합체, 하나 이상의 고체 붕해제 및 하나 이상의 고체 약제학적 활성 화합물을 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 활성 화합물의 방출이 지연되지 않는 경구투여용 압착물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 고체 붕해제가 압착물의 모관현상, 흡습 및 팽윤을 증가시킴을 특징으로 하는 압착물.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 고체 붕해제가 미세결정형 셀룰로오즈, 가교결합된 나트륨 카복시메틸 셀룰로오즈, 가교결합된 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 나트륨 카복시메틸 전분, 또는 셀룰로오즈의 폴리카복시메틸 에테르의 칼슘염임을 특징으로 하는 압착물.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 충전제, 결합제, 활탁제 및 윤활제 또는 착색제와 같은 약제학적 기술에서 통상적인 보조제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 압착물.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 락토오즈를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 압착물.
  6. D-(-)-3-하이드록시부티르산의 단독중합체 및/또는 공중합체를 약제학적 기술에서 통상적인 보조제의 존재 또는 부재하 하나 이상의 고체 붕해제 및 하나 이상의 고체 약제학적 활성 화합물과 균질하게 혼합하고 혼합물을 예비 과립화하거나 하지 않고 압축시킴을 특징으로 하는, 활성 화합물을 방출이 지연되지 않는 압착물의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 따른 압축물을 제조하기 위한 D(-)-3-하이드록시부티르산의 단독중합체 및/또는 공중합체의 용도.
