Claims (13)

  1. 가능하게는 적절한 안정화제와 혼합되어, a)주변온도에서 균질 유체 농도를 가지며 체형의 총 중량의 75%를 초과하는 중량으로 존재하는 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 또는 상이한 분자량의 폴리에틸렌 글리콜의 혼합물 및 b)가능하게는, 적어도 2개의 하이드록실 그룹을 가지며 총 제형중량의 15%미만의 중량으로 존재하는 C2-C6알콜로 구성된 유체 비히클 중에 분산된 칼씨토닌을 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 활성성분으로서 칼씨토닌을 함유하며 직장투여용 캐슐의 제조에 적합한 무수 약제학적 제형.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 또는 상이한 분자량의 포리에틸렌 글리콜의 혼합물이 총 제형중량의 80%를 초과하는 중량으로 사용된 약제학적 제형.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 또는 상이한 분자량의 폴리에틸렌 글리콜의 혼합물이 총제형 중량의 85%를 초과하는 중량으로 사용된 약제학적 제형.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 유체 비히클중에 존재할 수 있는 알콜이 프로필렌 글리콜, 에틸레 글리콜, 솔비톨, 글리세린 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택된 약제학적 제형.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 존재할수 있는 알콜이 총 제형 중량의 10%미만의 중량으로 사용된 약제학적 제형.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 안정화제가 알부민인 약제학적 제형.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 알부민이 칼씨토닌 I.U.당 0.01 내지 1.2㎎의 양으로 존재하는 약제학적 제형
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 활성성분이 뱀장어 칼씨토닌인 약제학적 제형.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 활성성분이 제형 m1당 200 내지 800I.U.양으로 존재하는 약제학적 제형.
  10. 제1항 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 제형을 사용하여 제조한 연질 젤라틴 캡슐 형태인 직장투여에 적합한 단위 투약 형태.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 활성성분으로서 칼씨토닌 50 내지 500I.U.를 함유하는 단위 투약 형태.
  12. a) 칼시토닌 I.U.당 0.01 내지 1.2㎎의 양의 사람 알부민과 혼합될 수 있는 칼씨토닌 50 내지 500I.U.: b) 주변온도에서 균질 유체 농도를 가지며 캡슐 함유물 총 중량의 80%를 초과하는 중량으로 존재하는 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 또는 상이한 분자량의 폴리에틸렌 글리콜의 혼합물 및 c)적어도 2개의 하이드록실 그룹을 가지며, 캡슐함유물 충 중량의 15%미만의 중량으로 존재하는 C2-C6알콜을 함유하는, 칼씨토닌의 직장투여용 연질 젤라틴 캡슐.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 알콜이 글리세린인 캡슐.
