Abstract
본 발명은 친수성 매트릭스내에 활성 성분인 라이신 클로닉시네이트(Iysine clonixinate)를 함유하는 충진물로 채워진 연질 젤라틴 캡슐에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 캡슐은 쉘프 라이브 (shelf live)가 우수하며, 경구 투여시 치료의 시작이 더 빠르다. 친수성 매트릭스는 평균 분자량이 약 200∼1000인 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 또는 이 폴리에틸렌글리콜과 프로필렌 글리콜 및/또는 프로필렌 카보네이트와의 혼합물, 3-10 무게%의 글리세롤 및 5-15무게%의 물로 이루어진다. 본 발명의 연질 젤라틴 캡슐은 통증 또는 염증의 치료에 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

Claims (6)
- 평균분자량이 약 200-1000인 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 또는 상기 폴리에틸렌 글리콜과 프로필렌 글리콜 및/또는 프로필렌 카보네이트와의 혼합물, 글리세롤 3-10무게% 밋 물 5-15 무게%로 이루어지는 친수성 매트릭스에 기초하고, 라이신 클리닉시네이트를 활성 성분으로 함유하는 충진물로 채워진, 연성 젤라틴 캡슬형의 약리학적 투여 단위 헝태.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌 글리콜의 평균 분자량이 약 400인 것을 특징으로 하는 연성 젤라틴 캡슐.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 라이신 클로닉시네이트의 함량이 20-300㎎인 것을 특징으로 하는 연성 젤라틴 캡슐.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 라이신 클로닉시네이트의 함량이 20-300㎎인 것을 특징으로 하는 연성 젤라틴 캡슐.
- 다음과 같은 연속적인 또는 동시에 수행되는 단계로 이루어지는, 라이신 클로닉시네이트를 함유하는 충진물로 채워진 연성 젤라틴 캡슐의 제조방법, (a) 젤라틴 캡슐의 성형 단계 및 (b) 상기 캡슐을 활성성분인 라이신클로닉시네이트와, 평균 분자량이 약 200-1000인 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 또는 상기 폴리에틸렌 글리콜과 프로필렌글리콜 및/또는 프로필렌 카보네이트와의 흔합물, 글리세롤 3-10 무게% 및 물 5-15 무게%로 이루어지는 친수성 매트릭스로 채우는 단계.
- 제1항에 따른 연성 젤라틴 캡슬의, 진통제 및/또는 항 염증제로써의 용도.※ 참고사항 :리초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임,
