Claims (2)

  1. (i)시험 샘플과, 용기 내에서 간접 응집 반응이 일어나게 하기 위한 자성 입자 또는 자성체를 함유하는 입자를 함유하는 시약으로 이루어진 면역 측정계를 구성하는 단계, (ii)상기 자성 입자 또는 자성체를 함유하는 입자를 자력에 의해 침강시키는 단계, (iii)상기 용기를 경사지게 정치 시키는 단계, 및 (iv) 침강된 응집 자성 입자들이 용기 바닥으로부터 박리된 상태로부터 면역 반응의 유무를 판정하는 단계로 이루어진 간접 응집 면역 측정방법.
  2. (a) 면역 분석 측정용 시험 샘플과, 면역 측정용 시약을 수용할 수 있는 자성 입자 또는 자성체 함유 입자를 함유하는 용기, (b) 상기 자성 입자를 함유하는 성부을 자력에 의해 상기 용기 바닥에 침강시키기 위한 자기 침강 수단, 및 (c)용기를 경사진 상태로 정치시키기 위한 경사 수단을 갖는 간접 응집 면역 분석 측정용 장치.
