본 고안은 얇은 박관으로 된 퍼티통에 관한 것으로서, 본 고안의 특징은 통체를 밀폐시키는 테두리에 여러개의 요부를 형성하여 통체에 견고하게 밀폐된 뚜껑을 열고자 할때, 뚜껑의 요부에 드라이버등을 간단히 끼워서 제껴 열 수 있도록 한데 있다.
종래에도, 외향으로 권곡(卷曲)한 테두리로 된 개구가 형성되고, 제1충진물을 미리 설정한 레벨까지 충진하는 외용기와 상기 제1충진물의 충진레벨까지 외용기의 상부내주에 감합(嵌合)되는 제2충진물의 용기부에서 외용기의 주연을 감싸도록 감합하여 외용기 외벽에 연하여 소요길이로 입하(立下)한 유연성의 입하연을 형성한 내용기와, 그 내용기의 용기부의 상부 내주에 감합하는 천판부(天板部)에서 내용기의 상면을 감싸도록 하여, 그 상연(上緣)에 감합하는 외연부에 내용기의 입하연외 주위를 일정한 간격으로 취권(取卷)되도록 입하한 설편부를 설하고, 그 설편부에 미끄럼방지구멍을 뚫은 뚜껑을 구비하고, 외용기에 내용기를 끼우고 뚜껑을 덮은 후 뚜껑의 설편부의 미끄럼방지구멍을 중심에서 외용기 방향측으로 굴곡시켜 체결함과 동시에 설편부의 미끄럼방지구멍을 내용기의 입하연에 꽉 끼이도록 하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 2중 밀봉용기가 일본국 공개실용신안공보소 52-104754호로 공지되어 있으나, 이는 내용기의 테두리를 "R"형으로 형성하여 외용기의 권곡된 테두리에 끼워 고정시키게 된 구조로 구성된 것이므로 내용기를 외용기에서 분리시키는 것이 매우 힘들뿐만 아니라, 또한 뚜껑은 미끄럼방지구멍을 뚫은 설편부를 일정한 간격으로 여러개 형성하여 설편부의 미끄럼장지구멍 부위가 내용기의 입하연에 꽉 끼이게 곡설하여서 된 것이므로 열기도 매우힘든 결점이 있었다.
본 고안은 상기와같은 결점을 해소시킬 수 있도록 한 퍼티통을 안출하게 된 것인데 이를 첨부도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
금속박판으로 된 통체(1)의 개구부에 뚜껑(2)을 닫은 후 합성수지제의 덮개(3)를 씌워서 된 공지의 것에 있어서, 뚜껑(2)의 테두리(201)에는 수개의 요부(202)를 요입시켜서 된 것이다.
미설명 부호 101는 통체(1)의 테두리이다.
이와 같은 본 고안은 통체(1)의 테두리(101)와 접촉되는 뚜껑(2)의 테두리(201)에는 요부(202)가 형성되었으므로, 통체(1)내의 내용물을 사용코져 할때는 합성수지제의 덮개(3)를 벗긴 후 드라이버등의 공구를 요부(202)에 끼워 간단히 제껴 매우 용이하게 뚜껑(2)을 열어 내용물을 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
