Claims (4)

  1. 음성 신호 통로에 삽입되며 이득이 가변 직류 제어 전압에 따라 제어될 수 있는 증폭기 회로와, 이득을 제어하기위해, 상기 증폭기 회로에 공급되는 출력으로부터의 가변 직류제어 전압을 발생시키기 위한 전압 조정단을 구비하는, 음성신호의 전자 레벨 제어용 회로장치에 있어서, 증폭기 회로는 신호 입력단, 신호 출력단 및 공급전압 접속점을 가지는 CMOS인버터로 형성되며, 신호 입력단은 직렬 레지스터 앞에 구성되며, 상기 레지스터를 거쳐 레벨이 제어되는 음성 신호가 CMOS인버터의 신호 입력에 공급되며, 신호 출력단으로부터의 레벨-제어 음성신호가 픽업되며, CMOS인버터에 대한 공급전압에 따라, 공급전압 접속점에는 전압-조정단에 의해 발생되는 가변 직류 제어전압이 공급되며, CMOS인버터는 공급 전압 접속점에 공급되는 직류 제어 전압에 따라, 개시영역에서 무릎점 전압 아래에서 동작되며, 여기서 CMOS인버터의 이득은 감소되며, CMOS인버터의 동적 출력 임피던스는 직류 제어 전압의 감소에 따라 추가로 증가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 두 직렬 접속 다이오드에 의해 필수적으로 형성되며, 임피이던스 값이 제어될 수 있는 동적 임피던스는 직렬 레지스터와 CMOS인버터의 신호 입력단 사이의 접속점에 접속되며, 직렬 레지스터와 CMOS인버터의 신호 입력단 사이의 접속점은 동적 임피이던스의 두 다이오드 사이의 접속점에 접속되며, 직렬 레지스터와 함께 음성 신호용 전압 분배기를 형성하며, 레벨은 제어되며, CMOS인버터에 공급되며, 전압 조정단에 의해 발생되는 가면 직류제어 전압은 한 다이오드의 접속점에서 두 다이오드에 의해 형성된 동적 임피이던스에 공급되어, 임피이던스 값을 제어하며, 여기서, 두 다이오드에 의해 형성된 동적 임피이던스의 임피이던스 값은 직류 제어전압의 감소에 따라 감소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 직렬 레지스터와 CMOS인버터의 입력단 사이의 접속점 및 동적 임피이던스의 두 다이오드 사이의 접속점은 캐패시터를 거쳐 직렬 레지스터와 함께 접속되어 고역필터를 형성하며, 상기 고역필터를 거쳐 레벨이 제어되는 음성신호의 중간범위 및 고음신호 성분은 상기 신호성분을 댐핑하기 위해 동적 임피이던스에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, CMOS인버터의 신호입력단과 대향하는 직렬레지스터의 접속점은 또다른 고역필터의 접속점에 접속되며, 다른 접속점은 두 다이오드 사이의 접속점과 대향하는 다이오드의 접속점에서의 동적 임피이던스의 최소한 한 다이오드에 접속되며, 여기서, 레벨이 제어되는 음성신호의 장치 고음신호 성분은 상기 고음신호성분을 상승시키기 위해 CMOS인버터의 신호 입력단에 추가로 공급되며, 또다른 고역필터 및 여기에 접속된 동적 임피이던스의 다이오드를 거쳐 직렬 레지스터를 부분적으로 바이패싱하며, 두 다이오드 사이의 접속점과 직렬 레지스터와 CMOS인버터의 신호입력단 사이의 접속점 사이에 캐패시터가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로장치.
