Claims (2)
- 니켈(Ni)를 주성분으로 하고 환원제를 포함하는 기체 금속상에 알칼리 토류 금속 탄산염을 함유하는 조성물의 피복층이 형성되며, 그 피복층이 다시 산화물로 전화되어 이루는 산화물 피복형의 전자관용 음극에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 토류 금속 탄산염으로서 그 결정중에 아연(Zn), 알루미늄(Al)중의 적어도 1종류가 조립되어 함유하는 알칼리 토류 금속 탄산염을 쓰는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자관용 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리 토류 금속 탄산염을 알칼리 토류 금속의 수용성염 용액에 Zn, Al중 적어도 1종류 또는 그 수용성염을 첨가해서 용해한 후에 탄산 침전체를 가해서 공침시켜서 알칼리 토류 금속 탄산염을 주로 하는 분말을 얻고, 그 분말을 알칼리성 수용액중에 침지, 여과해서 얻어진 상기 첨가원소를 결정중에 조립 함유하는 알칼리 토류 금속 탄산염인 전자관용 음극.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
