Claims (2)

  1. 니켈(Ni)를 주성분으로 하고 환원제를 포함하는 기체 금속상에 알칼리 토류 금속 탄산염을 함유하는 조성물의 피복층이 형성되며, 그 피복층이 다시 산화물로 전화되어 이루는 산화물 피복형의 전자관용 음극에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 토류 금속 탄산염으로서 그 결정중에 아연(Zn), 알루미늄(Al)중의 적어도 1종류가 조립되어 함유하는 알칼리 토류 금속 탄산염을 쓰는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자관용 음극.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리 토류 금속 탄산염을 알칼리 토류 금속의 수용성염 용액에 Zn, Al중 적어도 1종류 또는 그 수용성염을 첨가해서 용해한 후에 탄산 침전체를 가해서 공침시켜서 알칼리 토류 금속 탄산염을 주로 하는 분말을 얻고, 그 분말을 알칼리성 수용액중에 침지, 여과해서 얻어진 상기 첨가원소를 결정중에 조립 함유하는 알칼리 토류 금속 탄산염인 전자관용 음극.
