제2a도 내지 제2g도는 본 발명이 VTR 마그네틱 헤드용 페리이트 센더스트 합성 코어의 제조에 적용된 경우의 공정을 도시한 사시도.
Claims (1)
- 트랙이 레이저 가공에 의해 형성되는 마그네틱 헤드용 코어의 제조방법에 있어서, 페라이트 및 센더스트로 구성된 갭 바아의 합성물을 형성하는 단계와, 최소한 트랙이 형성되는, 상기 갭 바아의 합성물의 표면에 Zn, Cr, Fe, Cd, Co, Ni, Sn 및 Pb 금속중의 하나로 제조된 금속 필름을 형성하는 단계와, 알칼리 금속 수산화물 수용액내에서 상기 갭 바아에 레이저 유도 에칭을 가하여 마그네틱 헤드용 코어의 트랙폭을 형성하는 홈을 형성하는 단계와, 상기 금속 필름을 상기 갭 바아의 합성물 표면에서 제거하는 단계와, 그리고 상기 갭 바아로부터 소정폭을 가진 코어를 절단해 내는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네틱 헤드용 코어의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
